The best way to crack my back is simple. Had a friend that was hurting so bad he hadn't slept for 3 days. He tried this: Get on the roof of a single floor home. Squat with your back away from the house. Slowly fall back and land on your back with your knees raised above. Big adjustment and crack. Worked so well for my friend he's been sleeping for 3 weeks straight. Now that's rest!

I can do it while standing, thus anywhere anytime. Imagine of a round clock in front of you. Kick with your left knee up-right at a visualized spot where 2pm should be, at the same time swing right both hands toward where 9am spot should be. Reverse, kick with your right knee up-left at 10am spot & swing right both hands toward 3pm spot.
I haven’t done them but I think eatleast one will work because I’m 11 and my back has been stiff from when I was about 8 so these really helped thank you😊!!!!

1st and 2nd cracked and gave some relief. Last one didn't do excpet stretching hand ligaments.
