      Bro, every once in a while, I try to sneak downstairs to eat food in the middle of the night and then I lower my ankle so I can fill this step and my ankle pops every time

    The best way to crack my back is simple. Had a friend that was hurting so bad he hadn't slept for 3 days. He tried this:
    Get on the roof of a single floor home. Squat with your back away from the house. Slowly fall back and land on your back with your knees raised above. Big adjustment and crack.
    Worked so well for my friend he's been sleeping for 3 weeks straight. Now that's rest!

    I'm 17 and feel stiffness in my lower back. Tried last one but I'm too elastic and end up just making a dna-helix out of my body without popping a single one

    Everyone's body is different. For me the 2nd one works for me best, but I always attempt all 3 as well as a different video I watched where you lean back while crossing your arms while hanging on to a door jam. Thanks so much for this very helpful video! Great for back problems while at a bowling tournament!

    I was tought the second one in college. Always had a problem with my back. It works good but im 40 and it seems like my old stretches dont work anymore. Cant wait to try the two you just showed😊

    I tired the first technique… my shoulders popped funny enough, although my lower back does feel better so I guess it worked? Idk, but my shoulders feel good. So I’ll consider it a win/win!

    I one thousand percent can’t lift my arms in that first position even the slightest. I’ve also never cracked my back. I guess I’m broken

      I thought I was the only one when I first tried I was ready and brace myself to feel some relief and was surprised at how I couldn’t even move my arms an inch let alone the full range lol 😂

    Careful cause I did that 2 weeks ago or more and I dislocated my vertebra (neck) I almost died😭 but I’m better now cause my grandma fixed it cause she is a Chiropractor she has a ton of energy and very healthy but she’s old she helped me.😁

    The second one really gets it for me, because it stretches all of my ligaments and tendons all the way down to my waist, lower extremity, and sciatica. I do that one all the time when in bed or laying flat on the floor. 💯👌

    I can do it while standing, thus anywhere anytime. Imagine of a round clock in front of you. Kick with your left knee up-right at a visualized spot where 2pm should be, at the same time swing right both hands toward where 9am spot should be. Reverse, kick with your right knee up-left at 10am spot & swing right both hands toward 3pm spot.

    Ive had back injurys to l4-5 .Stretching for 15 - 20 min . In morning then afternoon and night will do wonders for you .
