As soon as I was done with Poland I had the Allied air forces all over western germany. 2000 fighters and 500 bombers. No way to get air superiority. I had almost all my fighters there, just under 1000, but I am getting hammered.
I had that happen too, and then Russia snagged Lithuania before my declaration of war could kick off. Had to reload to end of last tutorial and start the war process with them before I was done with Poland.
No disrespect intended to Paradox staff, but quite frankly I think your tutorials should be recommended by them to their customers! Or are they already? In any case, I’ve been watching this series and enjoying it immensely-not to mention learning a host of things I didn’t know. Thanks so much!
Thank you very much... I deliberately set about making these tutorials differently to the "standard RUclips meta" of today, which prefers many short, fast paced videos, often with a lot of editing involved. While those videos can be great in their own right, I know that there's many people (I'm one of them) who prefer a more relaxed & casual approach. This obviously results in a much longer, and much more thorough series, but it's definitely not suited for everyone - but it makes me happy when I wake up, get a coffee going, and read a comment such as yours, to know the efforts have been appreciated. I look forward to conquering my own country in the next 1-2 episodes!
I'd go a step further and say they should pay you for putting this out. It will result in me not only being able to play the game but also I'll be pursuing DLC. Had I not been able to see this tutorial I'd be lost. I've watched a couple other "tutorials" which basically melted down to watching someone play the game for 30 minutes without a bit of actual instruction.

I tried to follow you the best I can, but when I were at war with Lithuania, suddenly Sovjet occipied Lithuania. Its frustratiing. And I can use your save. Other than that iv'e learnd so much in your tutorial an I hope you make more videos.
It's a great tutorial you've put up here. I was just wondering why you didn't use de focuses 'Around Maginot' and 'Operation Weserübung'. Instead of justifying wargoals on each country in the benelux, Denmark and Norway apart, which made you wait 30-40 days per country, those focuses cost only 70 days each. The focus 'Around Maginot' lets you attach through the low countries al lot faster, which IMHO makes it somewhat easier to knock ot France earlier. Or do you think other focuses have a higher priority?
My generals will not attack if the battle plan has been drawn up by selecting the field Marshall. I have to manually assign each general their front line and attack orders
I won the Lithuanian War and got their trucks and equipment but a few hours later it shows the Soviets took it over. Hopefully its not too much of a problem later
@@gameswithbrainsoh btw one day you might be interested in falcon BMS if you haven't heard about it, by far the best F16 and air warfare simulator developed for free by hardcore passionate, with great community including some former pilots, a new terrain engine will very soon be released.
The Type VIIC should be displayed in-game as VII C, which I believe was the actual designation. The Type number was in Roman numerals and the variant is the last letter.

instead of retreating from western germany, they brought a 1000 fighter planes in response to me getting reinforcements there :(

I finished the war a few hours after you did, went almost exactly the same, however Russia did already invade both Latvia and Lithuania

The soviets had Lithuania so I tried for Latvia and they beat me to it as soon as I declared war lol

I'm not sure, I think it's an officer thing - I remember being in air cadets, and when we attended various functions at RAF bases, I saw it a lot.
