What´s your thoughts on the RS 3 Mini?
Got it for my Sony RX10 Miv and works perfectly. Bluetooth does not work because of the old BT std of the RX10 but the cable fuctions do (but you need a specific micro USB - USB C cable).Need now to practice !!!

i HAVE THE rsc2 love that gimbal it is def my favorite cant se myself getting rid of it but the weight of this is appealing

Always love more options. The RS3 Mini’s a great addition to the Ronin series. The lightest one but sill delivers like a pro.

When you consider that virtually all vertical video resolution on social media is 720p, I'd just video landscape and use your grid to keep your content in the middle.
What app use filter this?

It’s not clear from any of the shots in your video, Rob, but you mention using the PGYTECH plate? If so, are you using the Plate + Adapter or just one of these? I checked with Amazon and even there the combination of purchase aren’t too clear.
Plate and adapter, but you only need plate to mount on the rs mini.
I got a set of 4 packs. So 4 plates and 4 brackets
@@RobHK thanks for the quick reply, Rob. You write 4 brackets which I take to be a typing error meaning instead 4 adapters? :-)
Don't worry, the motors can't be damaged if the indicators go red. We've built in motor protection so if there's any stress the gimbal can't handle, the motors would first output less power and then eventually just shut off. The only thing that would happen is your battery run time would drop as the motors are using more power when the indicator is red.

Have you got any contacts at DJI, Rob? I filled in their online product enquiry form several days ago but still haven’t received a reply. The RS3 Mini looks to be ideal for my uses but I have camera compatibility questions that need answers the main one being is my Olympus OM-D-E Mk iii a suitable match?
No contacts at all sorry 🙁 but you could check their website, if its listed or not
@@RobHK OK thanks. Their website only lists one Olympus camera (bottom of the compatible camera list) and directly under that is link to contact them to check whether or not any other camera not listed at this time is compatible. That’s what I was referring to in my earlier msg but sadly nothing received back from them at this time.

Is it able to support the same camera weight as the SC or is it weaker?
I'm not sure how much my set-up weighs exactly, but it's likely over 1.2kg and it feels like the RoninSC juuust supports it.. I wouldn't mind using a lighter gimble for traveling though
Ronin sc has the same payload of 2kg as the rs 3 mini 😊
