The way she speaks with calm and clarity helps me a lot to understand that I shall not try to speak faster like native speakers, but I need to respect my pace and most importantly is that others get what I intend to say.

OK boss, I will be happy to take this assignment as I have got some other assignments which needs to be completed well in time before the 20th of this month. As such, I will be able to complete well before 23rd of this month. But, if you need this urgently I will delegate it to my assistant who will do it as soon as possible possible.

Thanks for your comments about my weight. I do agree with you, I will definitely look into this problem of overweight and will take steps immediately to reduce it through physical exercises, cut down sugar and overeating. I am very sure all these activities will help me substantially to reduce the excessive weight and unwanted fat.

At work, when we go beyond our borders for too long, we risk our physical and mental health... luckily there are spontaneous resignations!!!

We must practice how to say No! because I think this is often problem number 1 for whom don't know how to set boundaries! even we can train ourselves in private how are we gonna say to this person No or whatever we need to say them.
