  • Here’s how to set boundaries in English Communication for better relationships. Whether you need to communicate boundaries at work or in personal relationships, it is important to express yourself with clarity.
Setting boundaries has been a hot topic of English conversation inside my Confident Women Community.
    Here’s why:
Boundaries are an essential part of healthy relationships and effective communication and are especially important when speaking in professional and personal settings.
In this English lesson, you’ll learn what boundaries are and why they are important, both in general and specifically in English communication. This includes different types of boundaries, such as physical, emotional, and verbal, and how they apply to different situations.
You’ll also gain practical tips for setting and maintaining boundaries, and the right words and phrases to communicate how you feel and/or what you consider acceptable.
By the end of this Confident English lesson, you'll have a better understanding of how to set and communicate boundaries in English, and how doing so can help you establish stronger and more effective relationships.

The way she speaks with calm and clarity helps me a lot to understand that I shall not try to speak faster like native speakers, but I need to respect my pace and most importantly is that others get what I intend to say.

Thanks for your comments about my weight. I do agree with you, I will definitely look into this problem of overweight and will take steps immediately to reduce it through physical exercises, cut down sugar and overeating. I am very sure all these activities will help me substantially to reduce the excessive weight and unwanted fat.

We must practice how to say No! because I think this is often problem number 1 for whom don't know how to set boundaries! even we can train ourselves in private how are we gonna say to this person No or whatever we need to say them.
