This is very striking, personally. Recently, I commented my co-worker's sloppy job, which was cutting a cake. Icing was messed up or missing. She replied "It's okay" It made me boiling. I shouted "Would you buy those cakes at a bakery?" She was quiet. Now I know what I should have done. Greatest lesson ever, Annemarie!

To make things move forward smoothly and avoid any unexpected delay in the future, I would like to have a weekly report, which is not only about the work progress but any difficulties need to be tackled, submitted to me every Wednesday, just like every other team does.
