I did a presentation to my staff on this video which was an eye opener to all the JP teachers and one remarked that the lesson has to be derceminated from the gate guards included passing through admin to the swimming pool PE teachers . Meaning the whole school staff, the top authorities to also be involved more coz damaging effects are from the top and they are not aware.

Dear AnnMarie, Undoubtedly, for people who need to speak English as a non-native speaker (like me), it is required to have developed EQ to speak English as a second language. Your video is of enormous importance to me, every time I had to explain things in English, I used to worry and stop thinking, a lump would form in my throat and I would start making mistakes and speaking in an awkward manner, and I would show signs of clumsiness and I couldn't make the audience realize that I knew the subject, things have started to change little by little. With this material that you share with us, and what I have practiced, I notice improvement when I explain things in English I no longer speak so hastily, I have watched your video several times and I will continue watching it as a source of motivation and improvement, sincere thanks for your work

Hi Anne Marie, thank you very much for this invaluable lesson. I definitely was thinking on my firths days as an intern. It was a challenging experience and I would definitely love to know how to put into practice the emotional intelligence. This is my second language and I hope to communicate as well as you someday! Love how you articulate so well to pronounce every word, this helps a lot because I have a partial hearing loss and lip reading is a tool for understand better what other people is trying to say. It was a good video.
It's challenging for new joiners in the first three months.
However, with good time management skills, honesty about assigned tasks/assignments, being proactive to avoid any mistakes
and with emotional intelligence and good communication skills this situation or time can be handled smoothly.

Enhancing emotional intelligence (EQ) primarily involves cultivating self-awareness, the ability to view oneself objectively and engage in genuine self-reflection and assessment. This process entails fostering an open and honest dialogue with your inner self, navigating without internal conflicts, and actively seeking insights into both your strengths and weaknesses. The ultimate goal is to reach a level of self-acceptance that embraces all facets of your personality, whether bright or dark. This involves recognizing when assistance is needed and knowing when to extend generosity to others. Thanks for sharing!
