Wow, wow, wow! I feel liberated! Inspired. I feel so happy right now. I highly recommend listening to this meditation. I've been feeling soooo drained and lazy lately. No motivation. I was borderline getting depressed. I was scrolling through RUclips and this caught my attention. I figured I'll sleep through it. Lol. But I had to pee. So I went and in my mind I imagine toxic liquid leaving and I said to myself. Let me sit in the couch for the rest. So every chakra cleanse after I was imagining releasing negativity I tell myself. Dont laugh at me, but I hugged myself so tight it made me tear up. Instead of "silently" telling myself what she suggested, I said it out loud. It gave me a feeling of confidence. I now feel like I am in charge and protected. Highly recommend.
If you don't get the chance to at least say this out loud. "I am love. I am loved" and then give yourself a hug.💖

I felt pains in my body moving upward as I cleansed each chakra point. I could literally feel heat building inside of my body as each energy center was unblocked. Sweating by the end of the meditation. When I opened my eyes I felt light.. like I was shining. Very powerful and needed meditation 🌞🌎🌚

Rasa I love all of your guided meditations. I have never been able to balance my chakras until now. As we made it to the crown chakra and I repeated I am complete I was able to see purple hues floating around while my eyes were closed. I feel lighter. I feel like light. Much gratitude Rasa✨♥️✨

This is the most poweful chakra cleansing ever!!! One thing, though... breathe in through your nose but breathe out through your mouth while imaginig the energy going down to your chakra. This increase the effect tenfold! Well, for me, it does.

It was my first time doing one hour long meditation, I had thought that it would be difficult for me to hold and sit this long let alone keeping the focus but it went so smooth infact I didn’t lose my focus I was flowing your instructions and was present with myself and focusing on breath. Rasa, that was the loveliest chakra cleanse meditation! I esp love your soft, sweet voice, slow paced. Feels very healing, relaxing. This was a good meditation I felt my body tingle when it came to the throat chakra.. I began coughing ! It was as is literally my throat chakra was being cleared! I’ve had this on my list for a while but today was the first day I played it fully no interruption. I love her voice so soothing. At times I was really trying to see the colors but I couldn’t I suppose that will come in time . Much needed thank you 😊💜
That was just what I needed x very powerful x and beautifully relaxing & expansive. It’s very deep. I have been going through one of the more edgy times of life & up in my thoughts a lot. But with the help of your soothing voice & the wonderfully healing content, I was able to completely reconnect with myself. I am going to do this one every day for the next 3 weeks.
