Awesome videos man! I’m definitely going to be rewatching your uploads once I get this harness. Only thing I’m unsure of is if I should get the standard length or extended. Would there be enough room to run it thru the firewall and have the ECU located inside if I went standard length?
Transmission tunnel........thats what it's called....if you live in norcal like i do , you're going to want the heater......and the A/c , besides its not that difficult to hook both of them up , you could even swap in a mk 3 dash if you have an angle grinder and a welder........i did the r32 swap in my mk2....the 12v vr6 is still a kick in the ass as far as performance......the r32 is just ......wow.....if you need parts of any kind for a mk2......let me know , i got tons of body parts , g60 fenders ....you name it.
Hey does this harness allowed you to run the heater and a/c asking to see if available because is cold where I live so I need at least heat.. and does it allowed have working lights
Not seeing the benefit from getting this? U don’t need this for a tuck does it allow any more information to a standalone or is it 500$ for a brand new one because vw discontinued?
Pretty much cause VW discontinued. The thing with wiring new engines into older bodies now is that you can only really do it 3 ways. You can do it yourself if you know how, you can ship it to the few guys in the world that specialize in these, or this company. So far Eurowise is one of the only companies ive seen offer a price concious alternative to getting a brand new wiring harness from VW.
Good video man. Sesh need this on their website.
