Very beautiful. Love seeing older trucks still on the road. When cars and trucks did not look the same. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On. Weld On. Keep making. God bless.
Looking good, you can't beat those old ford pickups. I have several my favorite is the 3/4 ton 4x4 highboy 4 speed . 410 gears with the 300 in line six. A true work horse.
Hey man, this ended up being a pretty great video. It's June 2022 and this is exactly the video I needed. About to put drop beams on my '78. Thanks for the multiple screens showing the kingpin reamer I'll need.
Great video, What a cool truck its so clean. Its nice to see a F series truck being modded thanks for that. Vehicles seem to age very well out by you I'm jealous.
Nice Ford! I did the same drop beams on my 65 F100. Swapped in 73 f100 front disc brakes at the same time. Flipped my front leaf spring bracket in the rear for the drop. Had to shim it too.
For future reference they make king pin kits with nylon bushings...no reaming required..as for the rear bushings I found that if you drill out the rubber the bushing case is much easier to remove
Yeah I dig that look man I had an old 69 F100 had a camper topper on it . There's running a 360 with a top load of four speed. Kind of wish I still had that old truck laying around. The last one I had I never bought it down from Ohio I had a another 69 F100 8-ft stepside all the original straight six three on the tree that's the one I wish I would have kept and bought down to Texas and worked on it.
