Since our squad dps is high enough we opt to skip hiding behind the pillars. All dps players make sure to maximize their boss dps while bringing pillars out. However, I also make sure to have CA ready shortly before the 1-shot attack to be able to cast Glyph of the Stars in case of players getting downed (see 0:28, 1:22, 2:26, 3:28); this was not needed in this run though as we managed to pull off every skip.
In order to tank, I need to have more toughness than everyone else in the squad. The damage pressure is mediocre, so low toughness is fine, but more toughness can be useful for the final phase.
I make sure to always aim Adina in the same general direction, but place the mines a bit to the side, usually while not aiming them on an already placed pillar. However, since we're skipping the pillars anyway, it doesn't really matter how I place the mines. I still try to not stand close to the mines when we phase the boss as they explode and deal damage to nearby players.
I also ensure to be quick enough to turn Adina around when coming back from the final hand, as otherwise she can aim an auto attack on the group.
Since Adina's pizza attack can knock me back if I don't have a block or stability, I provide myself Aegis via Stone Spirit or White Tiger and/or Stability via Glyph of Equality (see 0:12, 1:09, 2:12, 3:12).
I also use Glyph of Equality for Stability in the 2nd and 3rd split phase when walking from the 2nd to the 3rd hand as a backup for people of my subgroup not standing inside of our Revenant's Ventari bubble (see 1:52, 2:54).

Disclaimer: Both Monk (Core) or Karakosa (SotO) relic are fine; keep in mind that you need to successfully combo your blast finishers for Karakosa though which requires a squad composition with lots of combo fields or adjustments in your gameplay, making Monk the all-rounder pick. If you don't own SotO for Mace, take an Axe instead - you trade some protection, regeneration, and vigor sources, cc, and healing for potentially unique conditions, range, and faster CA generation. The infusion isn't strictly needed; without it you lose 5 concentration = 0.33% boon duration.
