  • How to tank:
Tanking all the adds at Qadim is proximity based, so make sure that you're always the player closest to the legendary add. No toughness is needed to tank, but feel free to take toughness to provide yourself some room for mistakes. Always make sure that the legendary adds are not facing directly at the group, and walk out of the add's hitbox when the teleportation attack happens - standing in the teleportation attack is indicated by a yellow screen border. Also make sure to quickly follow the legendary adds when they jump to another platform, as they will start throwing flame balls at players if noone is on their platform.
Hydra: All attacks can be sidestepped. The attack pattern is 2x autoattack - laser - 2x autoattack - cc - 2x autoattack - jump.
Destroyer: Sidestep the auto attacks, jump above, dodge through, or block the waves. The attack pattern is cc - 2x autoattack - wave#1 - 2x autoattack - wave#2 - 2x autoattack.
Wyvern: The attack patterns of both wyverns are quite similar. Sidestep their pizza attack. Dodge or block the first part of the wing attack and stand inside the hitbox for the second part. If possible, bait the fire attack to your left so that you have more room to stand at your tanking location afterwards.
    Patriarch attack pattern: pizza - wing - fire - pizza - 2x wing - cc - jump
    Matriarch attack pattern: pizza - wing - fire - pizza - 2x wing - pushback - fire - jump
    Our pyre strategy:
Since we have a Spellbreaker who prevents Qadim from gaining stability via their elite skill Winds of Disenchantment (see 1:37, 3:51), we skip the stability pyre and only do the protection pyre; After killing the hydra or the destroyer, three adds spawn on the main platform. For the boss phase, only the Magma Elemental in front of the stability pyre can be dangerous if ignored (see 1:02, 3:18). Therefore, we wait on the Elemental's spawn while our Mesmer places a portal to the protection pyre. We can attack Qadim for a bit before taking the open portal, bursting the pyre, and porting back to Qadim.
    Other responsibilities & comments:
Heal Alac Druid is very valuable at Qadim since it brings an insane amount of cc via Glyph of Equality, pet F2, Mace#3, Warhorn#5, CA#3, and entering CA thanks to the Druid adept trait Blood Moon. Almost all of these cc skills are enhanced by Sigil of Paralyzation and the Marksmanship master trait Moment of Clarity, making those two picks very valuable.
Since I've had our lamp player in my subgroup, I made sure to prestack some boons at the beginning of the Hydra and Destroyer phases (see 0:01, 2:01). However, I did not have the Kiter or our portal Mesmer in my subgroup so I did not have to wait for them at the start of the boss phases.
In CM, 1-shot-fireballs go around the arena during the legendary adds. I try to provide Aegis for all of them via Stone Spirit (see examples at 0:19, 2:46, 5:31) or White Tiger F2 (see examples at 0:35, 2:30, 4:31). Since the pet F2 isn't that reliable, it is important to cast it early and preferably press F3 before F2 to cancel the pet's current action. During the Destroyer, the adds can strip Aegis though, so it is advisable to dodge if they're close.
Since we phased the Patriarch during Zommoros' tanking, we were able to go to the Matriarch before the Patriarch was fully dead (see 5:19); you only need to deal 20% to the Hydra and the Destroyer, but 25% to each Wyvern before the lamp's add finishes them.
If you happen to get knocked by a Wyvern's knockback, don't hesitate to use Glyph of Equality as a stunbreak to avoid getting downed (see 5:44).

Disclaimer: Both Monk (Core) or Karakosa (SotO) relic are fine; keep in mind that you need to successfully combo your blast finishers for Karakosa though which requires a squad composition with lots of combo fields or adjustments in your gameplay, making Monk the all-rounder pick. If you don't own SotO for Mace, take an Axe instead - you trade some protection, regeneration, and vigor sources, cc, and healing for potentially unique conditions, range, and faster CA generation. The infusion isn't strictly needed; without it you lose 5 concentration = 0.33% boon duration.

What do you think about running natural balance and a couple cleric pieces instead of giver's?

Or perhaps full minstrel with like one giver ring?

@@XmantiX I personally prefer Giver over Minstrel since I am lazy and only use one high Toughness set and on some bosses bringing more Vitality just means you have to heal more; Vale Guardian greens or Deimos Mind Crush always hit for a percentage of your maximum health, so having more health = more healing needed.
I am also not a big fan of temporary boon duration buffs that rely on specific triggers that aren't always feasible like Natural Balance; for example, Warhorn#5 is important for quick might ramp-up at the start of the fight, so it cannot be delayed until after CA, so it will always miss out on the buff, plus I noticed I quite often use it shortly before I enter CA again. I'm not sure if that's really that big of a deal in the end uptime-wise, but I just prefer to always have 100% boon duration and not worry about something like this. Depending on your set-up and boss, you might even need Verdant Etching for Protection uptime - I don't have a specific boss in mind here though.
