Hi I’m a subscriber to Epidemic. I use epidemic songs for my real estate videos and reels. An agent is telling me all of her videos are getting flagged on RUclips, TikTok and Facebook. Why is that?

Hey Zhincic, your videos published under the trial are totally copyright safe forever, even if you decide not to subscribe afterwords. Any videos published with an active trial or subscription are cleared forever
You can create super long playlists with epidemic and play them for the duration of your stream, or just play a whole genre collection from them (hundreds of songs). That’s one of the benefits of the massive library Epidemic has!
Can I also use epidemic sound for meditation sessions? I speak to the music which is in the background. It would be in person sessions, online live sessions, and on-demand sessions where I use videos and speak over the music.
I signed up for the free trial and there’s no place on that app can I find how to subscribe. It shows I’m active but nowhere can I find that I paid. No contact info for customer serve. Nothing. It’s so frustrating.
Yeah the app isn’t designed with all the features of the website- It’s only meant as a tool for browsing and downloading music. Those account features are available on the website though!

Unfortunately they did just reduce it to 7 days instead of 30, but all the benefits still apply. You can post and copyright clear videos during the trial even if you dont continue the subscription afterword!

If I buy one track from Epidemic Sound for an instagram reel, how do I "link it" or how does Instagram know that it's licenced for me to use freely?

You wont get a copyright claim. Any videos you post while you have a subscription are cleared forever, even if your subscription ends

Hi! Unfortunately this is not allowed. Epidemic only licenses for video media and does not allow the tracks to be used as beats for new music.
