- We put a Hydraulic Clutch on a SV650. Well, actually it's an SFV650 with a SV engine/clutch set up. The slave is from a SV1000, the stator cover is from a 99-09 SV650, master cylinder from a Ducati 1098, and the line is from a Ducati M1100.

Hi, excellent video, what do you think to change the stator cover for a sfv650 and put a generic hydraulic slave clutch? my question is because i have this generic slave clutch on my sv650 2g and works better than the cable but i want a more easy pull and i hear suzuki change this actuator system on the sfv650 to get more confort but i dont know.
I like this mod. What does the rod length need to be for a 2nd gen (2003) SV650?
Hi, I have a '99 SV on which I mounted a hydraulic clutch with a 14 mm Nissin master cylinder and an aftermarket slave that pulls the original actuator. I'd like to switch to the SV 1000 slave cylinder and get rid of the old actuator, do you reckon that the Nissin 14 mm master will work fine with the new slave?

Im curious to the pros of this mod, because i know a lot sv1000 owners swap to a regular cable set up.
It's just a really nice pull vs cable. I originally did it because I didn't have all the workings of the SFV clutch and the 1g/2g clutch system didn't work with the SFV/3g frame. Hydraulic clutch was an alternative to get a working clutch over buying all the clutch components of the gladius/3g.
