Agents at my brokerage, heck agents not with my brokerage have all noticed and are coming to me for advice! I’m totally slacking on my phone calls because I’m trying to stay on top of current transactions. I still have so much to learn but so stinking excited about the results I am getting!!!

Thank you Jackie! I just started to door knock and I spend 20.00 on marketing post cards for 50 copies and my post cards shows what just sold in that area. Out of 13 house I got one number 😊🎃. I will continue to do it tomorrow on Halloween day. Thanks for your inspiring videos.
Still cranking it out?! Doesn't anyone know how to consult the MLS to determine how many transactions a real estate agent historically has? Froy hasn't had a listing/sale since 2017. He has a blog but hasn't posted since 2012. He has no internet presence whatsoever. Does that sound like a real estate agent "superstar?"

Yes, I agree. Adjust it accordingly to your parental responsibilities. I was a staying at home mom when I started in real estate and did my prospecting on nights and weekends.
400 people per day is too many. Even if you’re calling EVERY waking hour, that’s 25 people per hour. You’re not having any good conversations doing that.
I use Vulcan7 to call. I assume the way you get 10 contacts per hours is to let the phone ring 2 times before you move on to the next #? Some phones ring 5 times and they'll be 5 or 6 numbers per contact. What do you advise?

4 rings. Dial talk with no distractions. Who you call and when also makes a difference.
