I will say this is not a beginner knife. You will learn fast where this knife has its pros and cons. I think those who will appreciate it will be those who like the larger style of wilderness blades. Once again I can not express enough how effective a dangler system is for larger knives. I think most people who are interested in this knife will want to carry it in a way that is reachable for your hands while you're on the move. It's because of this mind set is why I feel that the dangler system is the best way to carry it while wearing a backpack or gear.
If you have the version that has the saw back I would like to know how you like it.
Mine comes tomorrow! Cant wait brother
Yeah it’s definitely not a slicer but for an apocalypse knife, I don’t think you can find better. Maybe the Skull crusher or Tom Brown tracker but YMMV
I’d buy it if it had a couple more choils.
If it’s any help. I have the “Fire Strike” version. I ended up removing the secondary bevel. The primary bevel is now Scandi Convex like or zero degree bevel. It helped greatly with cutting performance.

This is awesome heavy duty and quality knife, and i am rely interested on this knife!
But could you please tell me what is the exact thickness and weight of this knife !??
Thank you!
1/4" thick. Knife weights 18.55oz by itself. With a sheath you're looking at 22oz
@@thescharfchannelOh that's great !
I thought that this blade it is slightly thinner than 1/4 (6.35mm), because on some other web sides here in europe thay say only 6mm thick, and for that reason I was curious to ask anyone !
Anyway thank you very much sir 👍
