An idea for your future videos would be to rate the sheath. How easy is it to carry, withdraw the knife. Most of my time with a knife it's not in my hand. How easy is it get take out the sheath. Can you do it one hand. Something like a combat knife I would think you would want to deploy it one hand.

I love my Tops knives, but you guys have got to put better sheaths on them. I like that you have started sending smaller knives, like my Dawn Warrior, in kydex. But the ballistic nylon garbage on the larger knives, like my Longhorn Bowie, has got to go. The Longhorn would have been an excellent candidate for classy leather. Instead you sent it in something that looked like it was made by a 12 year old in a sweatshop. And I had to pay $80 on custom kydex.

The quality of this knife made me remember a time back when the USA manufactured ( Not assembled ) all of their products at home & were well respected around the world for their renowned quality & craftsmanship.
We ( USA ) used to create things with such true passion & real skill that every single product we crafted, be it cars to knives to electronics, was expected to be of high quality without question or concern; Everything we crafted when touched, let the consumer know that the person who made this genuinely cared about their craft.
I hate seeing the current state of top dollar manufacturing / craftsmanship in the USA but am excited for the future due to the passion that is being revived & found in the small / local independent businesses that are being created,
    Thanks DBK!

I was watching this video when a few friends of my wife stopped by and they watched it with me. Well, they are not to much into camping or bushcraft or things like that and I ended up answering questions about knives and the tests you do listening to them say " no one is going to be chopping a frying pan in camp or doing this and that, so I explained that you do this to find the limits of a knife, what it can or can't do and how it performs at whatever task you set before the knife, they asked why and I told them so you would know what was possible to do with the knife and if you can depend on the knife if you were in a survival situation, life or death situations are not a joke and you want the best tools you can get to be there for you. They wanted to know more so I told them to subscribe to your channel and a few bushcraft channels and they can learn a lot about knives from you. I think that they are interested in bushcraft and camping and such and you are going to have a few more subs, thanks again for what you guys do and keep them coming and I'll keep watching

Re: your comment about "No one should care about stabbing." Probably not in the woods in civilian life, but this knife is, first and foremost, a weapon, to be used as such. In the sentry neutralization role, the most effective way to "neutralize" an enemy is to stab them. However, other than ease of manufacture, there is no reason for leaving the hilt as it is. A simple heat and twist, so that the hand guard is at right angles to the blade and tang, would address the problem.

Just like to point out, The second most decorated Marine in United States history/patron saint to every crayon eating bloodthirsty moron in the Corp was a guy named Chesty Puller who began by fighting rebels in Haiti in the 20s, and then fought with distinction in ww2 and the Korean War.
His quotes ranged from, “I’ve always believed that no officer’s life, regardless of rank, is of such great value to his country that he should seek safety in the rear…officers should be forward with their men at the point of impact.” saying this, as an officer, who would bunk with his men, and personally lead charges.
    To,
“We’ve been looking for the enemy for some time now. We’ve finally found him. We’re surrounded. That simplifies the problem.”
    To
"Where do you put the bayonet," when shown a flamethrower for the first time.
