I haven't sourced American-made quail scissors yet, so as of now, these are the ones I use for cracking eggs for non-boiled dishes: amzn.to/3HWNr2g

How to make deviled eggs easily from Cotournix Quail eggs. The filling is a modified Westin A. Price (WAPF) recipe.
The most tedious parts are peeling the quail eggs and emptying the yolks. Here's how to do it quickly:
    * Shaking the boiled eggs in cold water cracks both the shell and membrane, making peeling much easier.
    * Gently pulling the whites away from the yolks allow the yolks to pop out easily too!
How to make Deviled Quail Eggs easily:
    1. Wash
    2. Boil
    3. Rinse in cold water and shake container to break shell and membrane
    4. Let cool then peel - grab under the membrane to slide shell off easily
    5. Cut in half
    6. Gently move whites away from yolk - then flip over for yolk to pop out
    7. Make filling - this filling is homemade curds, salt, paprika, and a dash of ground mustard (LOW FODMAP friendly). Add garlic, onions, and other herbs to your liking
    8. Fill empty whites
    Thank you for watching!

Very nice video...I just wanted to know...Can we eat eggs of white quails.? And do white quails lay similar spotted eggs as normal spotted Japanese quails do?

Yes, you can eat the eggs. The gene that can make quails lay blue eggs are usually with the white quail but just because they are white, doesn't mean they will lay blue eggs. From my understanding, the white quail are just a color variation of the Cotornix. Hope that helps!
