I've also tried everything you recommended. I get very inflamed and my EOE flares even from pastured eggs. I tried duck eggs for a while and it created a lot of gut issues for me. I've been allergy tested as well and I'm allergic to both the yolk and the white. I was eating strictly Carnivore for almost a year and wasn't getting better like I knew I should be. I cut out eggs and that changed everything for me. I feel so much better not eating them!

I was breaking out in hives for about 3 years, and last year, I had blood work done, and a blood test confirmed that I was highly allergic to eggs, but after starting carnivore, I am now able to eat eggs without a problem. I love eggs and am so happy that changing to a carnivore lifestyle allows me to eat them now.
I’d wager that an allergy to eggs was a side effect of a damaged gut lacking in the correct bacteria and enzymes to break those eggs down. Now you have more animal sources of food your body has what it needs to do the job without issue. I bet you are also buying better quality eggs now because you are caring about what you buy and consume.

That will help restore your gut microbiome but to buy your own grains and process kefir yourself can be difficult to work into your routines if they aren’t regular. I work in the office but also go driving in a truck out over night so I’ve killed mine having had them around 12months. You can use organic and raw milks for best results, but regular milk that isn’t skimmed will suffice.

I watched one of Dr Berry's vids earlier this yr about eggs and he said to try "pasture" raised eggs...I always thought an egg was an egg and there wouldn't be much difference... well, lemme tell you... there's a HUGE difference. PASTURE raised eggs are the only kind of eggs I eat now.... reg eggs, cage free eggs make me gag to the point of throwing up. I now look forward to cooking and eating eggs rather than cooking them and wondering if I'll throw up.

Also try soy free eggs. A lot of people are really just sensitive to the high soy content that is in commercial chicken feeds. Since eggs are an ovum, phytoestrogens tend to accumulate in them

It's not the meat, but all the shit they put into the dog food, or the rendering process for meats. I feed a whole meat raw diet to my dogs now, and my Dogo Argentino no longer has rashes and is not stiff and sore being 8 years old!
I was just telling someone how much better my 2 dogs are with boiled eggs and hamburger. She said she can't do that because the vet said beef and chicken are the most inflammatory thing you can give them. I just said ok.🤷♀️

I have been buying corn and soy free whole grain organic layer feed from Mile 4. Problem is it is very expensive so I mix it with organic soy free scratch that I soak for 24 hours. I am starting a mealworm farm as I give my girls black soldier fly larvae and who knows what the worms are being fed... When people complain about the price of eggs I should show them my feed costs!

I think this is a great recommendation Dr Barry. Eat the yolks. I have found that 1-2 x a year when I give up the whites for 1-week, I can eat them again. I get very itchy skin from what I believe is the histamine in the egg whites. The other thing if I get diarrhea from eating Duck eggs. But quail eggs I can eat the yoke raw with no issues! 🤤 yum 😋!

I always feel like I'm missing out on nutrition and take a choline supplement. Maybe I'll try local wgg yolks to see what happens. Usually it triggers an autoimmune response..... Make sure your eggs are at room temp when you consume too. The closer to body temp the less work for your body Also I don’t refrigerate my eggs and they stay good for weeks

I use mostly pastured local eggs. I'm only allergic to the whites. If you separate a few yolks into a bowl, break one yolk, pour into pan of hot grease, cook sunny side up, it turns out just the same but with yellows in place of whites. works for me. luckily my dog likes the whites.

Dr Barry… Please help me find the answer to this question. Can underlying viruses and pathogens cause egg sensitivities? I heard there is a correlation between eating eggs (or sometimes dairy or other foods) and feeding underlying pathogens which can result in reactions. These pathogens are things like strep, Epstein Barr and others. It is suspected that certain foods trigger or stimulate these underlying pathogens, therefore the reactions are not because of the egg itself but because of the pathogen. Can you please research this and let us know what you find? None of the suggestions in your video worked for me, so I am looking for other answers.
Not being condescending, many doctors just claim people have allergies when in actually they don't. So it's always good to do your own due diligence to see if you're actually allergic by trying all available methods.

You could check other things you eat. For example, gluten could induce alregies to the food you eat due to the cuts it makes to your intestinal tract.

Try the Lion Diet for 90 days and slowly reintroduce eggs back in. That usually works.

Please help me find the answer to this question. Can underlying viruses and pathogens cause egg sensitivities?
I heard there is a correlation between eating eggs (or sometimes dairy or other foods) and feeding underlying pathogens which can result in reactions. These pathogens are things like strep, Epstein Barr and others. It is suspected that certain foods trigger or stimulate these underlying pathogens, therefore the reactions are not because of the egg itself but because of the pathogen.
Can you please research this and let us know what you find? None of the suggestions in your video worked for me, so I am looking for other answers.

Not being condescending, many doctors just claim people have allergies when in actually they don't. So it's always good to do your own due diligence to see if you're actually allergic by trying all available methods.
