Hi Cynthia. Thanks for your comment. All movements where you flex at the hip involve the hip flexors. The key is your range of motion. In the beginning while you are building strength, shorten your range of motion and it will reduce the amount of hip flexion. As you get stronger increase the range of motion. The advantage of the Ab Coaster over others is that its a natural range of motion. That's what the curved tracks provide vs the straight track. It's how the body moves. Give it another shot! Thanks!
Thank you for your comment. This is common. The key is to never let your knees go past your hips on the way down. To do this will force you to slow down and take the momentum out of the movement. Give it a shot!
Thank you for your comment. In the USA you can buy them on our site for $2199 including delivery. If you are in another country, let us know and perhaps we can connect you with our distributor there. theabscompany.com/products/ab-coaster-cs3000
Thanks for your question. The angle is less important than the curve of the track. The flat versions don't allow the body to move naturally. That's the entire design of The Ab Coaster! The curved track mimics natural spinal flexion which makes it so effective. Give is a shot!
Thank you for your question! Your Ab Muscles are muscles like any other in the body. Therefore you should give them rest. However the workouts are generally not as intense from a weight perspective (vs a heavy upper body or leg day) and they may not sustain as much muscular damage. You can train them a few times a week and get great results. That's what makes the Ab Coaster®so great - its very efficient!
Thanks for your question. The best place to purchase is on our website www.theabscompany.com The great news is that they are on sale this month and you’ll save 20%!

Do the 145-645 degree angle ones effect abs better than the flat angle ones, or does it not matter?

Hi!! How often can or should I use this? I go to the gym Monday through Friday. Can I use it each time?
