Your X2 antennas are oriented for high altitude runs. Which means between 1/3 to 1/2 of the beam pattern is pointing at the ground (since your head is level with the horizon). Those specific directional antennas have a ‘squashed beam pattern’ that is very wide but only about 50° tall. You need to have them oriented vertically not horizontally if you want the best performance. I see you working on your channel. Good work so far 👍
The bars have nothing to do with range. Watch the mbps and turn back when it gets to 8

What??? how do you check if in FCC or CE mode. I just bought a DJI FPV and it struggles at 250m away. Its a piece of shit. Wish I never wasted my money on it. And what is FCC???? Trying to figure out why they have false advertised

Spent over 1000$ for dji goggles v2 and nazgul hd v2 with radiometric tx16s mk2 and I can only fly like 150yards lol.
I'm on 50mbps and 700mw, fixing to buy antennas, hopefully that actually helps
will this work still if you have DJI FPV V01.02.0015 ? or is that also locked out?
I don’t understand this test. You were literally nearby just the same distance as the stock dji antennas. In this test you were just rounding in circles and not pushing forward or straight. What’s the point of the video?

This doesn’t work on DJI fpv drone, that’s why it’s useful to fly other drones

I have a problem with my DJI FPV Goggles V2. One of the antennas got broken and I can't find a single replacement for it, only bundles. I am unsure if I can mix and match antennas, so I need some advice.
Would it be possible to use a 5.8Hz antenna with my remaining stock antennas? Or would it be better to just buy two new antennas and replace them both? I don't have much knowledge about antennas, so any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question, at 1:52, you had finder open up when you plugged in your drone to your laptop. When I plugged in my drone to my laptop, finder did not pop up. So I opened finder myself, and I have nano.txt downloaded. Is that all I had to do? Or do I have to figure out how to have finder pop up on its own first.
I am using a MacBook Air

Yep! Once you put the file onto the air unit or caddx vista it should work! One thing you might need to do is use DJI assistant 2 to plug in your air unit or vista and update it again! Even if it says it’s up to date, you may still need to update it again. I did this and I was finally able to get my 50mpbs on my goggles!

I live in Austria and as you mentioned in the video, the dji goggles knows where i live and I am not able to change any settings inside my glasses at all. Does the hack still work with the latest update? And do I just have to put the sd card in the goggles and its finished or does this unlock more settings in the goggles?

I was recording my DJI goggles, the OSD isn’t able to record my connection bars. I could tell my video was getting bad because the bars were going to red. The controller signal was pretty good the whole time, usually video goes out first before controller. The antennas are called true rc antennas, look on GET FPV!

Probably because you have 50mbps mode on... Go to 25mbps and you should have them all.
The hack combines channels together to make a stronger one
@@MayDayFPV369 Thanks, I would like to know if there is anything been done with DJI and firmware updates on the air units , limiting to only 25mw . I would like to buy another digital unit for a 5" drone, but concerned i have to do an update that limits my range ect.

@@madforit9661 Better buy up a couple air units before they sell out. Caddx and Dji broke up. Or maybe the v3 stuff will be backwards compatible. Maybe.
Three channels is good! That means it’s working well, don’t use channel 8, use channels 1-3 for 50mpbs
After you boost the transmit power to 1200 mW. Are you boosting the transmit power on the controller, the drone, and the goggles? All 3?

and the goggles, the transmitter is changed in other ways

Sorry my testing wasn’t the best, but once you get the 50mpbs hack the range is increased dramatically
