On PS4 it's not easy but you can find some dedicated people who still enjoy the old MP experience. I've been missing it for so long I just recently picked it back up and was able to find some matches without much issue. There's also discords dedicated to reviving the AC MP with dedicated chatrooms and roles for console specific players since there's no cross platform
