- In this video we show you what a bad motor mount looks like. Yet the video is the changing of a transmission mount. MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU START THIS JOB. Make sure you have a jack under the car holding the transmission up in place. if not once you remove mount it will drop. So to keep it in place to make job easier make sure your jack is holding it up. THE DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF THIS JOB IS A 3 OUT OF 10 WITH 10 BEING THE HARDEST. Honestly don't think I used anything to hold up trans. Almost sure with this vehicle you didn't have to
Dosen't make a sense the tranmission is going to fall down
Hey my trans moved about 2-3 inches and my bolt isn't close to lining up. She's resting on tires. Suggestions please
@gametime_1236 jack the tranny up find a lil piece of wood put in between jack n tranny then adjust accordingly
@@IGETAROUND.M.A.T. That's my plan. I just need to find a T30 for the lower shroud. The fact that it moved so far, does that indicate the lower stabilizer is likely bad too? Dealership came over and did recall work, and messed with that lower stabilizer. My mom complained it vibrates while stopped in D now at lights
