Tim Hardaway was NOT just the KILLER CROSSOVER but also...one of the BEST LAY-UP CREATORS OF ALL TIME. Very uniue lay-ups. Hope he is inducted to the HOF.
@@jdubb6662 It doesn't matter if they fall, the fact he can do what he wants and gets the ball in the hole without theatrics means he's even better than the modern players. The fundamentals win every time.
That UTEP 2 step aka killer crossover is arguably the most lethal crossover in NBA history. So simple, yet so complicated to perfect. Glad Tim is finally getting into the HOF.
I agree. I've said that for years it's the most effective crossover that I've ever seen. He always goes towards the hoop like you're supposed to, no wasted movements or dribbling and not going anywhere.
Hardaway gave league fits dope handle; amazing finisher; fierce competor and wet jumper. His game was as complete as I have seen. Hooper name; hot sneakers. As kids we loved Hardaway
The degree of difficulty to score in the past is what makes some of these guys the all time greats. And the best thing about that legendary crossover is his head fake and how quickly he turns his body. The defender has no chance.
He was the first to pull up 3s off the bounce. He and Larry Bird were the 1st people ive ever seen do stepback jumpers but tim is the 1st to do combo moves into a stepback. Hes the 1st ive ever seen have counters combos to his initial move. Dude was waaaay ahead of his time! Could shoot, pass and was a true floor general and would cook your favorite player and your goat!
Whilst everyone in the 90's were talking about Gary Payton, John Stockton and Penny, Tim Hardaway was crossing people up and getting to the rim! Forget Steph Curry, TIM HARDAWAY put Golden State on the map!
Man I loved the Warriors “Run TMC”, “Spree for 3” & Don Nelson. When we got CWeb I thought we were going run everyone off the court. Then Webber ruined BB for me and I couldn’t watch it anymore. I missed Curry’s rise because of it.
"The newer generation has better skilled players" "Players back then just weren't as good as they are today" Ladies and gentlemen, before Kyrie Irving and Allen Iverson, there was Tim Hardaway. Certainly one of the most underrated players in NBA history! #killercrossover
To compare eras in term of skill is like comparing an old 72 charger to a 2024 charger. You can't have the newer without the old because through the process the product evolves I'm not talking about cars now but skill from players. Just marvel at what you can't do on either level plus it's in their genes nature isn't fair yeah dig
Didn't know he could dunk! And, he was even doing his thing on Harper...Plus, Iverson's looked like carrying to me, but not Tim's and TH was one of the very best at it!

The TRUE Cross over King. And he did it without carrying.
nobody even fell, look at what Ais crossover did to dudes it wasn't close
Tim dropped people also and his handle was still tighter.@@jdubb6662
@@jdubb6662but he carries. That’s why he mentioned it

Yes better than Allen Iverson … he carried every time

Tim Hardaway was a BEAST....one of the deadliest CROSSOVER IN NBA HISTORY
As a lifelong Hardaway fanatic I thought I had seen all the highlight mixes, but some new stuff here. Cheers. Dude had balance and rhythm for days.
It was a crime this guy took decades to make the HOF. One of the best crossovers in NBA
His handles were arguably GOAT status!

Absolutely
It was hilarious seeing Hardaway back forwards down in the post. Truly a compact beast.
Right!
He blew by a lot of all-stars in these clips: Stockton, Rodman, Pippen, Jordan, Payton, Kevin Johnson, etc...
Loved that player!!
Okay man, when I seen him post up the opposite guard I knew he was cold af. The rest is just pure joy.
He's the best point guard in the world
In my top 5 point guard goats 🏀🥶🐐
Tim been doing that back in the alley on 99th n Lasalle where he grew up
HOFer Tim now!
Whilst everyone in the 90's were talking about Gary Payton, John Stockton and Penny, Tim Hardaway was crossing people up and getting to the rim! Forget Steph Curry, TIM HARDAWAY put Golden State on the map!
that was really a great mix
I've watched Tim's college career on RUclips. And I'd give him a professional shot.
Imagine had Hardaway played with Chris Webber in GS.
UTEP - 2STEP
I never knew Tim Hardaway as a dunker, though.
This is who Rob dillingham reminds me of 👀👀
i never knew he had a nasty move on jordan, the only other person to cross MJ that i’ve seen besides AI

Difference is shooting along with handles and perfection of the triple threat.

Did not know he crossover Allen Iverson
Chi-Town.
The more I watch Hardaway the more I see James Harden's game. Dribbling for a rhythm shot.
What was Tim on with that Barkley one lol

The stories I and other guys from the neighborhood have about him… are all true. Dude been a killer!
Tim aint ease up on M.J
pls tell me how u all feel about the 97 heat not being as elite as the 88 mavs let alone the 64 warriors led by wilt chamberlain
A 5-10, 5-11 post up point guard. Thats embarrassing.
그냥 외워. 드리블 =팀 하더웨이

LaMelo Ball has similar crossover highlights as Tim Hardaway.
Ball didn't spend 4 years balling for the Bear himself.
Was it the Video or the Music that made these Highlights WEAK
Come back to UTEP and coach
8:26 what, Tin hardaway posting up like he's a power forward like Karl Malone? Hey it worked!
I was at a Bulls game and overheard some young moron telling his kid that tim jr is way better than his daddy. 😂😂😂
yeeeeaaa yea in your face…today NBA will be 2 day suspension 50,000$ fine 🤣😂
Steal over MJ...
Dread was not human
