I love the way you teach thank you so much! I noticed that it´s best to keep the hoop spinning closer to the fingers than the palm coz´ it hurts or maybe my hoop is too heavy...

I am a first timer on Hula Hooping. Your instructions were very helpful for each beginner step. I could not get the prayer pose down yet without my hoop flying across the room. I am working with two sizes one that is at my belly button like yours but it has led lights so a gap when turned off, and the other one I have is a led lighted one but smaller. Should I make my own for practicing like yours with the irrigation piping? If so what size piping did you try? And what kind of tape? If you don’t mind giving me that info please?? I am going to check out your other courses in hula hooping. :)

I didn’t know she was talking about this much of a beginner I was spinning the hoop on my hand as she was talking about how to do it with no problem
I have one of the ones from Walmart that have the bead things inside that make noise but it’s big enough for me and it’s cool 😂
