was literally jusT doing this trick in my backyard and was thinking about how awkwardly and unsmoothly i do it but i dont know how to get any better :c this was exactlY what i needed
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING! Thank you! I've taken a 3 year break from hooping and recently re-sparked my love, this isolation was always a rough one for me. Sometimes nailed it, other times couldn't. THANK YOU!!!
I have a polypro LED and I am a beginner. This seems more difficult to do than it should be. I know LED's make the hoop heavier. What kind of hoop should I get so that I can master these moves?
Can you teach a reverse escalator break? I can't get the hoop to rebound the other direction, it just stops in the crease of my leg and then hangs on my knee 😢
Nice ...One Question? Having issues when I'm bringing Hoop to starting point cant seem to get my risk straight hoops falls in front and my wrist twist.
Can you do any of this videos specifically for left handers? My right hand is 10x less coordinated and while I can flip flop some of the instructions sometimes it gets very confusing
I guess my arms are just too weak because its very hard to keep the freaking hoop straight doing The isolations. I love this trick but I get very frustrated because I try and try this and cannot do this right
I recommend standing in front of a wall because it forces you to keep the hoop straight, so if you hit the wall you immediately move back to your straight plain. Hope this helped!
btw, love your videos, I am total beginner, your videos are first ones I can actually follow
I always talk about the 'imaginary table', never thought to bring out an actual table. Haha. Nice work!
Yes! Your theory is on point! Works ;)
This was excellent! Great visual with the table! Great job! XO

I have a wooden large hula hoop. Does this make it harder to do this compared to a lightweight plastic one?
I love isolations, not very good at the But I love the look of them.
Wow!! Me encantó Gracias por compartir! !

Deanne Love Much better. Still not perfect. Getting better the more I do it.

With subtitles in Spanish please 🙏🏻 I love the way of you explain but I’m Mexican and I don’t really good heading in English.
Where was this video that shares some moves to build shoulder strength for sharper isolation??? 😳
I can switch between my thumb and fingers perfectly but I still can’t let the hoop rotate yet!

Any exercise (or workout equipment) that strengthens the muscles in the shoulder blade (and chest) will do...
Who would have thought one could've done so much with a whoop? Great job though.

Have you ever heard any of the word "Please"?
Iso in hooping. Interesting... It's almost as if...
