I just got my hearing today I think they trying to get me to settle idk what to yet
I have a schedule hearing already for permanence i guess im to late...i got injured on 8/25 /21...

I got a 51 percent disability rating my lawyer want to settle but they are not calling my lawyer back can you tell me why ?
It’s unfortunate but sometimes insurance companies are not always the most responsive. Also, some carriers simply do not like to settle cases like others. Ask your lawyer what he thinks is happening, sometimes persistence, overcomes resistance.
