Hi there, what tool is required to remove the 3 cover screws? My T80z does not have regular Phillips bit screw heads. Thx!

Hi, that's such a nice video with simple explanation. Thanks for that. My electric shower trips the circuit breaker after a few minutes use (5-10 minutes). What could be the reasons? Thank you.

Would replacing this stop ours dripping or does the whole valve need replacing? Thx.

If the shower is constantly dripping you would be better swapping the whole solenoid valve assembly opposed to just the coil like in the video, swapping just the coil may not remedy the problem.

Do you not need to turn off the water before removing the solenoid?

Thank you for your message, we would recommend to always isolate the electrical supply and water during any work inside of the product. However it is possible to replace the solenoid coil with the water on, but if you are going to change the full solenoid assembly, coil and moulding. You would have to isolate the water.

Hi, the solenoid valves are model specific, if you know the model of shower you can search for the spares on our website www.tritonshowers.co.uk/spares/electric-showers or contact us over the phone on 02476 372222.
