I have a triton cara shower (its old) but has just started tripping the RCD when switched on. Whats the most likely cause - heating element or something else ? Is it worth repairing or just replacing ?
without testing id guess element but its best to test with insulation resistance tester.

Sorry mate , I have a triton cara and it take long for the water to heat up , any idea what could be wrong please
It could be that one element has gone is heater assembly that would be my first test.
My Triton Cara stops for no reason, electric is still on and water pressure is constant. It just switches off after a couple of minutes, and when switched off and left for a bit, it works for a moment. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello is the inlet valve the flow valve ? Thanks
some times they are connected , some times its just an inlet pipe on this Cara model i think they are separate its more of an inlet pipe, sorry if i caused confusion with terminology.
@@cagmito76 Hiya thanks for the quick response.what it is it's either hot or cold so just wondered if it was the same thing.thanks for the video
@@michaeljohnson5370 Yeah the flow valve is the piece with the hot to cold control knob attached , it can cause bad flow ( hot / cold symptoms ) if damaged internally , it could be bad flow as well , but if it is electronically thermostatically controlled there are a lot more possible causes
@@cagmito76 thank you for that.much appreciated
I have one of these and the power is just non existant. Its like a very light rain hardly any pressure at all. Wpuld you know what could be the pronlem? Thanks
