- As of chapter 1096 we have seen the set up of the Gods Valley Incident, a battle whereby the Rocks pirates fell. In this video I’ll be giving my opinion of who the 10 strongest fighters in that battle were.

Just to clarify I’m well aware that slight differences in interpretation can alter the top 10.
The best way of looking at it is that some of these characters are in fixed positions due to ample evidence/portrayal; others are on a scale.
For example with Kaido he could range from 11-10, Whitebeard from 4-2 but Xebec is a definitive number 1.

Wang Zhi was ruling a island close to Elbaf and Wano by himself for decades and Blackbeard was thankful for Koby being at the Rocky Port incident when he was trying to overthrow Wang Zhi. Get Gaban outta here Bruh

2. Roger/Garp (I think Roger was slightly stronger than Garp during his prime)
3. Whitebeard (No DF)/Garling (Prime Roger >= Prime Whitebeard>= Prime Garp)
4. Saturn
5. Shiki (Not Prime/Prime Shiki above Saturn)
6. Rayleigh
7. Scopper Gaban
8. Big Mom (Not Prime/Prime BM above Gaban)
9. Kaido (Not Prime)
10. Ochoku
I feel like Saturn is equally as Xebec since hes one of the Gorosei but he chooses to rarely fight

And I think PR beats Saturn
and Dragon was scarred of the holy knights and Garling but not the Gorosei which makes me think Garling might be stronger then them
Also I believe big mom was in her prime at 40-50
But declined in her 60s
Dragon wasn’t scared of the Holy Knights he just acknowledges they could be mobilised.

For Big Mom, I’m not sure that the statement about them not being like they were 38 years ago is necessarily a reference to power. Slim Big Mom doesn’t seem to deal with hunger pangs which greatly weaken her. It could very well be a reference to the empires that the both of them, especially Big Mom created and her influence in the criminal world.
Her hunger pangs isn’t representative of her current day strength as we’ve seen vs Kaido and Kid & Law. I wouldn’t use that unique circumstance to discredit her strength vs a much younger version of herself. The point of Sengoku’s statement was that even though they were on the same ship before, being on the same ship in the current day is far more of a threat meaning they’re stronger now.
Id have WB above Garp. Also move up Garling(the man who put trembling fear into WB)

It doesn’t make sense that Roger, Rayleigh, Wb and Garp aren’t in their prime. This is where they prove themselves by taking their era.
Also Roger probably did beat Xebec.
We have clear statements for when Roger and Whitebeard were in their prime and the end of chapter 962 says the remnants of Rocks expanded their infamy which could imply greater strength too. As for Garp we seen feats off him improving over the years with the fight vs Don Chinjao. I think there’s ample evidence they got stronger even if it’s only by a little.
Wb wasn't in his prime as yet because he was not as strong as Roger, nor did had the title of strongest man alive. He grew in strength after that to be comparable to Roger.
@@zagessj We got statements when they were in their prime, not the beginning of their prime. Do you think Roger wouldn’t be at his best against the strongest rival he had? The reason we are seeing this flashback is to see how great Roger was at his best. The only person you could debate is wb, that’s only if he didn’t have his fruit. Ppl like Shanks became yonko at 33 and he should be at his prime at 39. Rayleigh at 40 shouldn’t be continuing to get stronger.
