How long did it take for your channel to start blowing up way back in 2017? I've been making videos ranking the victims in horror movies for almost a year now, having covered over 20 different movies, from Child's Play, The Thing, and Alien to It Follows, Smile, and Talk to Me, and though I feel like I've gotten much better at making them, I still have seen little growth. Any advice?

Glad to see some love for this series! Would love to see you continue with the sequels!
Any advice?
Hell House LLC 5 was announced last week for Shudder in 2025
0:08 i love that Fan Made Kill Counters missed the point so much that James needed to say this before every video
He didn’t used to say that to be fair, and also those fans probably don’t go into how it was made lol
@@dash5573 I personally try to look into behind the scenes in my recent Kill Counts but I can confirm most others don’t give a damn
At 9:35 me and some friends got back from a scary house and we watched this movie together and one of my friends screamed like a little girl
We appreciate how hard the dead meat team works at getting these videos out. Now I’m going to go watch this 3 times❤
I think this was the most terrifying first-time watch i've ever seen... I took his advice and watched it first, holy shit.
I understand why this Kill Count was delayed. It's fine that you guys took y'all time on this video. It's true that making stuff like this isn't easy, but it's worth making and taking your sweet time. Happy you were able to post this at least. Keep it up, Dead Meat Team!!
i just finished watching the movie, i never would've found this otherwise. thank you james and the rest of the team for covering more indie movies. i hope the rest of the hell house llc movies get covered too in future kill counts
I just watched the “prequel” last night and it was a ton of fun! Watched it alone in my dark apartment and scared the crap out of me! 😂 Love this series!
At around the 10:50 mark in the count, you can see Country Junction, a huge general store themed department store. That is literally right next door. It also is why all the exterior shots are facing towards the left.
Got to watch this movie when it was added to Tubi, among many other found footage horrors. Loved this movie, along with The Houses October Built, I can definitely see a merge between the two being possible if they decided to pursue it
I love characters like Cliver, because I feel like most reasonable folks would be like that
So happy the issues got worked out. Thanks Dead Meat crew for all of the work that you do.
Martin is the smartest horror movie character I’ve ever seen. Unlike a lot of stereotypes and tropes, dude knows where and where not to go.
James and the rest of the dead meat crew just never disappoint
It was supposed to be out last week but Copyright issues
glad its up, tomorrow is Evil Dead Rise kill count 2 kill counts in one week!!!
Just finished watching this movie, didn't even know that there was a kill count for it. This movie was so scary!
I still remember coming across this movie and absolutely loving it on first watch.
Glad the video came through
Me too
I loved that Paul hides under the covers. That's such an instinct response that I'm sure many of us undoubtably did as a child when we thought we saw something spooky in our room.
I think it's just one of those things imbedded in our minds for life
One of my favorite horror movies and THANK YOU SO MUCH for this!
Genuinely one of the scariest films I have ever watched! So well done and credit to everyone involved!
I was so sad not seeing this last Friday, figured it was a legal reason or something so thank goodness things worked out in the end. Much love to the Dead meat team for getting this out, b and looking forward to the horror royal rumble!
Hell House Llc is by far my favorite found footage film and one of my favorite horrors of the 2010s. I smiled like a kid on Christmas when i saw you made a kill count out of it. Like you said it's effectively scary and really puts you in the hotel with the characters. I hope you do the other 3, especially the prequel.
This is one of my most anticipated episodes and I’m so glad you guys got the copyright claim removed. So happy!
Glad to see it finally got through
I absolutely love this movie and you covered it so well! xxx Hope to see the two sequels covered one day x
Cool yall managed to stop the copyright and this movie looks good
This is going to sound weird, but knitting is one of my favorite things to do while watching The Kill Count. It feels like sitting down with a friend and discussing different horror movies with a friend. Keep up the good work, James!
I feel you! I love to crochet while listening to horror meta analysis
@@vanguardiris3232 Hell yeah for yarn arts!
This movie, and the sequels that followed it are all fantastic and extremely underrated. I definitely hope the others get covered! Also, thank you to the Dead Meat team for fighting the copyright claims. You guys are the best.
two kill counts in one week……. i’m perfectly fine with that😍 we really appreciate james, chelsea, everyone else on the dead meat team always working so hard to get content out for the fans❤️
edit: even tho it had to be pushed back for copyright reasons😭
DnDnD mentioned 🗣💥🗣💥🗣💥🗣💥🗣💥!!!!!
