Your towel is just going to absorb the product and moisture out of your hair, especially with the heat. Olaplex 2 and 3 only work when the hair is evenly wet.

i have a little question!! why did you shampoo with the ouai detox shampoo if after you shampooed with the olaplex?
First wash is to remove product build up from the roots.second wash is to clean the scalp

You first shampoo with clearafying shampoo so that the Olaplex no.3 reaches the cuticle (instead of being cought by the buildup surrounding the cuticle). You then use a hydrating shampoo to wash the Olaplex off (Olaplex no.3 is NOT a leave-in treatment!)

You're not supposed to put your hair in a towel because the towel is going to absorb the liquid and your hair is getting dried. But your hair musst be wet wet while the olaplex is on there

Good news I switched shampoos and don’t have to wash everyday my hair isn’t greasy and dry anymore I only have to wash every other day now
Faccio lo stesso procedimento da anni con 2 differenze. Il numero 0 l ho versato in uno spruzzino e mi dura molto di più. Eroga meglio il prodotto. E poi sul capello così bagnato non andrebbe applicato ma va asciugato un po'. Devono essere umidi non colanti. Perché il capello bagnato così non assorbe olaplex . Ciao 😘
Best way to use Olaplex:
Once a week, use a clarifying shampoo focusing on your scalp, then the nr 3 mask leaving for at least 10 minutes and then shampoo again with a hydrating/nourishing shampoo and then follow with a conditioner or mask of my liking.
The nr 3 mask from Olaplex works like magic if you use it this way! Got inspired by Abbey Young. And I detox/clarify my hair at the same time.
Bond building treatments works at full potential on clean damp hair.

@@ellem5649 Olaplex says you can do it every wash but I think that’s too much. The products are very strengthening. I only do it after my hair had been in a long term protective style or just prior to straightening
