Great technical work and very accurate, I liked the explanation in English, I find it more accurate and professional in explaining the details, keep up your elite woodcraft👍
Thank you 👍
A mechanical stop is superior to all kind of visual-keep-your-hands-out safety measures. With that said, if you have an outfeed table, use stopped miter tracks in that to stop the sled runners at the correct position. Bullet proof solution, not effected by if something suddenly disturbs you during a cut.
Very professional work👍🏻
Your protection is excellent.
You can add a belt attached to the sled and the table, to prevent the sled moving too far and discover the blade.
It would be « belt & suspenders ».
Thanks for your videos.

Thank you for the tip though 🤝
Great video and like the way you made your sled look stunning as well as functional. My questions are what is the material you used dot the base of the sled and the front and rear fences look like they might be mahogany or something similar. How long have you used this material and has it stay flat and straight. Also did you treat it with anything. Hope you can help me with the info so I can build a similar sled. Happy woodworking!
Thank you, the white slides are made of Teflon for less friction and more stability when humidity changes. You guessed it, that was an old mahogany piece that was left from another project, it is a stable wood but that depends on the type of mahogany and other factors, so far it is flat. You can use any finish not a critical thing, wax or linseed oil should be fine. Good luck mate

I think the general consensus is that no gloves is actually better than having gloves on, because a glove isn't gonna protect you at all and it's an extra thing that could get pulled into the blade.
That is right and I have made an episode about safety on the table saw, thank you for your comment.
Ever have a kickback accident, well I have, and I'm bruised on my lower left side.
I am sorry to hear that, once I had a plywood piece almost kicked back to me but the blade was low as I was scoring it not making a full cut, so the blade pushed it back to me cutting a big curve in the plywood piece but not enough to throw it back to me.
Be careful buddy the table saw can be dangerous if no proper care is taken! and never remove the riving knife except for dado blade.
Happy woodworking 😊
