Car market is slowly turning into a smartphone market. In smartphones, most models don't come with features like headphone jack and micro SD card slot because manufacturers want us to think that we want super thin phones with no ports or slots. In the car market they want us to believe that we want no physical buttons and piano black everywhere. My friend bought a brand new car a couple of months ago and it has piano black everywhere and touch buttons instead of physical buttons and holy crap, after 2 weeks it looked disgusting, fingerprints and smudges everywhere. At the same time my car has physical buttons for most functions and it looks great for months after a quick detailing session.

From my experience, charging at charging stations is an invitation to get assaulted.
