      But rows & pullups work the lats which is an internal rotator of the shoulders.

      @tiropitaspita5268 Those are compound lifts. They work other back muscles too you know.

    Hey,I have a question for you,when I try to do pistol squat my knee starts rotating inside,I suppose I have super weak knee joints?Do you have a video maybe how to fix it?

    • @GymnasticsMethod
      @GymnasticsMethod  2 года назад

      It’s not about your knees, more about muscle imbalances, or neuromuscular issue. I’ll make a video about pistol squat!

    for everyone that has pain / stiffness caused by a lifestyle deprived of movement --> a chill method: lie on the floor and stretch like a cat. find the movements that give you that uhh it hurts but in a good way feel. like something that should be moving, but isnt, gets a bit stretched. just do not overdo it. work slowly you have all the time in the world. get to know your body again and how it can or should move. your brain needs to relearn alot like activating specific muscles and also coordinating them efficient. it took me about 3 weekends with each having a lovely 8 hour stretching and simple movement training ( practicle stuff like looking at diffrent objects or grabbing air to figuring out the best way to coordinate my upper body and neck ). also alot of just lying and resting in those 8 hours too. the main focus is to get to know your body again!!! those isolated movements never really teach you how to move in reallife imo. atleast it never really clicked for me.

    So basically because I have been in this bad posture for a long time so my body lost the muscle mind connection with my lower traps hence I can't feel them while training?

    Thank you very much! In my case first rolling on the foam roller then stretching and strengthening exercises at the end worked the best. I like your structured approach🙂
