    I think the word you were looking for was “circumduction”. Circumcision means something quite different 🤣

      Yes.
      Either completely unintended, or masterful comedic delivery.
      It was taking me a while to find the right word, then I noticed you had supplied it.

    I just tried this exercise and it feels epic. I've also just started the static hoop exercises and they are just perfect for my level of fitness, I'm in my sixties so, you know, one step at a time. Anyway my impression so far is this channel really is excellent.

    I did 12 reps of the wrist circles in each direction and all of my arms are warm and tingly now, a little bit like when they were asleep and just woke up again, but feeling really good. 👀 that’s a first even tho I had my own wrist exercises that I did for like 30-40 minutes at a time

    amazing video man, how often should this routine be done? Should it be done on a separate day or as warm-up before working out? Lastly, how long should each stretch be done?

    Last month when I did the plank challenge I felt this sharp pain in my right wrist performing side plank. Although and thank god I am left hand dominant. I could have used a wrist preparation or mobility exercises. However its been bothering me since then. Also I do warm ups before my workouts, what should I do about my situation being this right wrist pain? But I always find your videos positively speaking 'helpful'.

    • @GymnasticsMethod

      Wrist pain is a btch. I had the same problem before. I just did what I could and did the wrist exercises gently. Movement helps, it helped to recover, but in many situations it was uncomfortable.

    Interesting exercises. But doesn't the inward rotated position negatively affect the shoulder?
    I have impingement in my left shoulder, should I avoid the inwardly rotated postion?

    • @GymnasticsMethod
      @GymnasticsMethod  3 года назад +3

      Do it in the range you feel comfortable! Normally it should not effect the shoulders badly, especially since this is a really low intensiry exercise.

    I think you confused circumcision with circumduction and you definitely don't want tl do that.😢
