Seen carcass many many times. Best sound live EVER? : 1st Eurovision Song Contest semifinal in Liverpool 2023. Brilliant sound. Bass for days - rib rattler live. Crushing!
This is such a good show. They are playing some of my favorite Carcass tracks. Love that mighty heavy bass tone. Jeff Walker you genius bastard. Respect !
Nice throwback to an amazing concert! I was here, freaking hot! But loved it all the way, and eventually met Bill Steer afterwards.. very underrated metal guitarist
Not as great as the original creator of these amazing drum parts Ken Owen but the guy playing at this time Daniel Erlandsson and funnily enough another Daniel then took over the role, Daniel Wilding both did a brilliant job of filling Ken’s shoes. Poor Ken had a brain haemorrhage in 1999 and spent nearly a year in a coma recovering. He can play drums again to a degree but nothing like he could back in his prime for obvious reasons. His amazing rolling double bass pedal and accompanying stick work contributed so much to Carcass’s truly fabulous sound, so the fact the band got Ken doing backing vocals on their 2013 album as well as getting him on stage for guest appearances at live shows is such fitting and thoughtful tribute to the man.
I don't care what you people say about Michael he was always a part of carcass and you still kicking ass with Arch Enemy even though I don't like the new lead singer that chick doesn't have what Angela has Angela had the true voice archenemy needed it's damn shame that she's not singing
Although mosh pit began at the last 10 secs of the song, it's a great performance! \m/. The previous songs or the weather may have taken the audience's asses to the ground.
It's really hard with with a pick, i guess Jeff took the easier way to play, for me it's good too, but with that bass volume, tremolo would be pure fucking awesome
And in the Carcass composition should record a new album. Amott is a guitar class of its own. Yes, Ben Ash gives advice, but that's not it. Daniel Erlandsson and Daniel Wilding on drums? Here, in principle, there is no difference, they are both horny at the same level playing :)
The bass in this version of song is great.
Jeff to the sound guy: "don't you think there is too much bass?" - the sound guy: "....ok I put more bass!"
There's no such thing as too much bass xD
This is the correct amount of bass

Carbass
They all have the same hairdresser
0:26 is diffirent on the album, the bass should play the same as guitar.
It's really hard with with a pick, i guess Jeff took the easier way to play, for me it's good too, but with that bass volume, tremolo would be pure fucking awesome
