Thanks Navjyot for this kind of video. i will definitely watch all these which you mentioned here. but as you said at the last to mention my pain. i feel my pain in my left shoulder somewhere inside. very low pain. only i can feel when i try to sleep on left side. this happened probably when i was trying to push up from rod couple of month ago. if you have some suggestion how to get rid of that it would be very helpful. :) thanks.

Thanks a lot for this legit informative video bhaiya. When I joined the gym, my trainer gave me no knowledge about the topic 'mobility'. In fact, he cursed me saying that now I am getting weaker. Doing squats I could not perform full range of motion just the reason being that you mentioned ki below 90° I felt weaker. So I always wanted to run from this squat exercise. I didn't want to do it voluntarily. Today I got to know the root cause that is, lack of mobility in joints linked with squats. I will definitely address this. ❤ Thanks a lot

Problem: whenever I squat, my keens crackle. It also happens when I extended my arm. I feel my elbow crackling. Like extending it in triceps exercises.
This situation is not limited to workout sessions. It’s anytime when I’m sitting down by bending my knees and when I’m extending my arm.
While doing little heavy dumbell press, i feel pain and uncontrolled rotation in my left shoulder joint in the last reps,
Please suggest me any cure,
