This album is an incredible debut album and I feel each album gets better and better. They are so amazing live I am glad I can say I saw them live. The reason I love Synthpop and Synthwave is the music is very much usually so chill and puts me in just a great headspace.
If you love this band you should definitely check out cannons, purity ring, phantogram, alunageorge, Marina, the sounds and the yeah yeah yeah's. Grouplove, big grams and arcade fire have female/male vocalists. And here's some male vocalist bands that are in the same vein, ya know like indie electro kinda stuff- Miike Snow, tame impala, glass animals, jungle, alt j, neighborhood, foster the people, the strokes, broken bells, big grams, Phoenix, crosses, two door cinema club, Ratatat, Empire of the sun, Bloc Party, eagles of death metal, milky chance and pixies. I hope whoever is still reading this is having a wonderful evening and I promise you won't be disappointed by any of those artists I suggested. Those are some of my faves of that genre.
