Looks like a nice place. I wouldn’t have faith putting $$$ onto
a property that doesn’t belong to me. This man is a gambler! Those dogs 🐕 though I see some merits like security or as pets in having them but would drive me bonkers hearing them bark through the day. Let’s see how this pans out long term? He doesn’t look young.
I visited a guy in Cebu a few years ago, he had a cinema room with big cinema chairs and a £20k TV that he brought from the UK. He was 72, his wife 24. Mind you she was cheating on him.

Why do you need to get a dual citizenship, my daughter didn't have she just renew her Philippine passport. First time we went to apply and renew my Philippine passport they told me I can't renew my Philippine passport I have to apply first my dual citizenship. I ask the passport guy why my daughter give them straight away Philippine passport and no need for dual. He said mine having a British passport is by choice and my daughter is not by choice. Am Filipina born here my husband British I gave birth to my daughter eldest here in PI and the youngest in UK. Both have Philippine passport without applying for dual.. ask the people in DFA. HOPE THIS will help
If they don't have a British passport the can't live/work/have a home if they wish, also if there is any civil unrest here where would they go?
