What an epic anthem! This symphonic metal style is definitely right at the heart of your signature sound. It's always hard to pick but currently this sits at the top of my favorite songs of yours. Also, I suddenly need to go finish Divinity II now...

I've been a fan for years, and think that this may well be your best work to date. You're a man of many talents - but your symphonic metal pieces are simply *peerless*.

You know, this game is so cinematic that until I got the game (because of this song) I didn't even realize most of what I was seeing was gameplay! I thought a lot of that was cutscenes and otherwise non-gameplay material! If you are thinking about getting this game, must recommend 10/10 or all these reasons, first, the game is absolutely gorgeous! You can get some really awesome looking scenes. Second, the characters are really deep and all of them have their own backstories and motivations. Third, STRATEGY, depending on the difficulty setting, this game can really feel like a fantasy version of XCOM in its playstyle, due to the fact that you have to think about every single move you make carefully. All of this wrapped up in a deep and complex world you are forced to understand (in a good way) must recommend even at its full price.
And despite all that, the crafting system is soo elaborate and fleshed-out and gives you so many options, encouraging you to use your imagination but also giving you books so you don't get punished for not experimenting
It's always a delight when two such talented people come together to create something so brilliant. I knew this would be a wonderful song after I listened to the first few notes and of course, I was right. I really love Karliene's voice, I'm listening to her songs a lot, singing along when nobody's at home, 'cause, you know, I'm a shy girl, and I can't think of anyone better suited for this masterpiece than her. When you first collaborated with her, it was like a dream come true! It truly amazes me that you always manage to make my day a whole lot brighter with your songs, Gavin. They have become somewhat of a companion to me, keeping me company every day, and I don't think this will change in the near future. Your dedication to music is a true inspiration and I'm so grateful for each and every song you share with us. I am not good with instruments, neither am I a good painter, but I love to write stories, delve deep into my own imagination and see what kind of adventures I can come up with. Your music helped me a lot to get into the right mood and create something my friends can appreciate. So thanks, both of you.
This is literally so epic , as well as the game. As far as i know , it's the only true d&d experience like game. Great job both Miracle & The Developers
This song is simply amazing. I've been jamming to it since it released on Bandcamp for the better part of the day. Deffinitely one of your best pieces (up there with All As One and The Path). Gotta love that guitar solo from 4:10 (can't get it out of my head). Also, Karlienes voice fits the symphonic metal genre perfectly and I would definitely apreciate more colab with her in the future. Now you finally got me into the right mindset to play some Divinity, which I've been putting away for so long.
The moment, when you have heard the newest song on instant repeat for 3 days straight... It is safe to say "You've done it again, Gav!". Thank you for filling my life with outstanding music!

I also have never heard of that game before but I'm ready to go play it right now. The video along with the music was EPIC. Hats off, my friends. And keep making music together. You two separate are magic. Vocals together? I don't even know the words.
After the latest session I had with my D&D party, revelations that happened in it and so on so forth, this was one of the first songs I got to hear and I realized that, while not a perfect line up, this actually lines up rather well with that campaign. So while I know next to nothing about Divinity, which that kind of context helps me enjoy other songs on a whole other level, now I’ve got that with this already amazing song and through something much more personal
"You notice a notification in the corner of your screen, with a start- you realise that this particular notification Involves the Miracle Of Sound. Not only that, it involves Divinity!. Well at least the definitive edition did it's job, gr8 song
@miracleofsound
Still waiting for a *"Hellblade: Senua's sacrifice"* / *"Nioh"* / *"Persona 5"* songs... :x
But most of all...?
For a *"Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Reveal - 48-minute walkthrough"* song! TT__TT
imo you captured the feel of the game perfectly
and some of the lyrics instantly made me remember the backstories of the origin characters
this needs to become a actual add for the game
2017? Don't you mean the best RPG ever?
Between my PC and PS4 I have around 600 hours put into this game. Best game I've ever played. Beat it around half a dozen times and I still get excited every time I run through it. This music gave me chills. Awesome job.
"Drink from the well to ascend..."
Dallis: "Nope"
"Silence, naughty daughter of mine".
-Players who chose to close the veil- "No. No I don't think I will."
@@MrHalaVar Its me. True hero
now we need a song like this for baldurs gate 3 with a small piece for every companion pretty please
I've been a fan for years, and think that this may well be your best work to date.
You're a man of many talents - but your symphonic metal pieces are simply *peerless*.
Currently deeply in love with this game (I tried it after BG3, with humble expectations and... it totally captured me...what a masterpiece!), this song is perfect! Amazing work!
Oh my god! :3 That feel, instruments and that magical lore in the text!? Maybe I don't even want to know how much time it took. This is not just a song, this is something freaking more! Good work, Gav!
It took a pretty crazy amount of work. Creating & producing a 100-layer symphonic metal song is a lot of work for one person haha
miracleofsound I knew you were amazing, but... WHAT?!?!?!?! THAT’S AMAZING!!!
I guess nobody else would have been capable of a Miracle like this ;P
keep up the good work. amazing talent and much more immagination.
You captured the soundtrack of the game awesomely. Divinity is one of my favourite games of all time and this is just icing on the cake thanks Gav!
I’m like a minute into the song and already in love with it
Ikr I clicked “favorite” at 0:02
Divinity original sin 2. Beautiful graphics, Strategic combat... Its experience was too perfect. I really, really like those unlikely friends.
when a song is so good it makes you buy the game
*I'm finding the source of it all* in steam WINTER SALE!
PS: loving the combo of duo singing between male and female singer in this video, do more of them pls
"Histories hewn in the crypt of my mind:" wow. Masterpiece dedicated to this rpg. I love my rpg and love your music. You always use fantastic verses to highlight avesome parts of games. Btw. Whole night shift your song was on my mind and i was humming ascension making plastic parts for machines.
An absolutely amazing tribute to one of my favorite video games of all time. Thank you guys so much for this gift
This song sold the game for me :) Thank you!
To this day this is still your best song and by far. This is an absolute masterpiece of music
Not enough that the song was utterly fantastic, it merged so well with the video and aligned so perfectly with the game itself to make a total masterpiece. This is a perfect art form and I cannot give it enough praise.
I love the bit with the skeleton at 1:27, I don't know why but it stood out to me in a really good way. Great part of a great song, feels like a fantasy epic in song form.
This song is so awesomely adaptable... This one goes out to the heroes of the Stormlight Archives!
Low 1
Surgeon and soldier and savior and slave
All that I've loved has been sent to the grave
But I'll carry the bridge whilst they're still lives to save
And I'll answer the Radiant’s call
Pull back the veil and my innocence dies
Fragments of self, I've become the disguise
Heroes are born as I weave better lies
And I'll answer the Radiant’s call
Take the next step from a past filled with shame
Face my own darkness and shoulder the blame
You can't have my soul and you can't have my pain
And I'll answer the Radiant’s call
High
Honer and Hatred alight
Splinters at war
Heralds return to the fight
The cycle is starting once more
Stand and unite
Speak now the Words and ascend
The tower stands waiting
Bring back the Bond
Let the knights ride on the storm again
Low 2
A weapon in white, my will not my own
Shackled to justice and bound to the stone
Take a new oath and return to my home
And I'll answer the Radiant’s call
Queen of the Order, the mother of flight
Secrets I solve filled with sound and with light
Every new path puts another in sight
And I'll answer the Radiant’s call
Amazing song, I’mm glad you put in the work!

That's longer than my commute.

@@SolomonCaineReaper about as long as mine and man is it a blessing to have a short commute although too short a commute means your car isnt getting up to proper temps unless you let it sit to heat up 😅 not a problem anymore for me at least
I've been saying that this game is like a combination of FF Tactics, Neverwinter Nights, and XCOM.
And despite all that, the crafting system is soo elaborate and fleshed-out and gives you so many options, encouraging you to use your imagination but also giving you books so you don't get punished for not experimenting
This is absolutely amazing. Sebilles part omg that was so good...
Whoever made this video is clearly a big fan of Beast...and also the Polymorph wings power :)
Which always seems to be a dwarf thing in this game for some reason. Something to do with a size complex ?
Damn man. You are killing it this year. Nothing new there, but these past few are in my top ten favorite songs period.
The title is very accurate. After listening to this I truly feel that the gods have indeed awoken and then made this song
This is literally so epic , as well as the game. As far as i know , it's the only true d&d experience like game. Great job both Miracle & The Developers
I've been hoping you would write song for this amazing game! Great work!
It was perfect journey.
Thank you :) Karliene will absolutely be coming back for more songs!
This song made me check out the game.
Pretty awesome so far, thanks Gav!
The moment, when you have heard the newest song on instant repeat for 3 days straight... It is safe to say "You've done it again, Gav!". Thank you for filling my life with outstanding music!
I just finished the game when I saw a notification. And wow, thanks for such a great gift! 2018 is definitely a good year for fantastic songs about fantastic games. Love it ♥
decided to replay divinity with my friend. 5 hours later - a Divinity song!
Beautiful!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Sorry, I needed to get that off of my chest.
HOLY CRAP! Any time you guys sang together I ended up with goosebumps. This song is insane. I love it. I also have never heard of that game before but I'm ready to go play it right now. The video along with the music was EPIC.
Hats off, my friends. And keep making music together. You two separate are magic. Vocals together? I don't even know the words.
This song should be added to Divinity Original Sin 3's Official Soundtrack.
Literally best thing i've heard since the last year. AMAZING!
Wow! It's pretty good timing too, I've been having a blast with my friends playing it as of lately. :) I really like the guitar in this one!
_SebIsAClown_
Gotta love those guitars.
Never heard of this game before but I got to try it after such an epic song
After the latest session I had with my D&D party, revelations that happened in it and so on so forth, this was one of the first songs I got to hear and I realized that, while not a perfect line up, this actually lines up rather well with that campaign. So while I know next to nothing about Divinity, which that kind of context helps me enjoy other songs on a whole other level, now I’ve got that with this already amazing song and through something much more personal
I respect you for so many shots from important moments but with no spoillers about the main plot
Best video game trailer ever :)
WHY MUST YOU ALWAYS MAKE SONGS OF GAMES I LOVE! YOU MAKE ME WANNA GO PLAY THEM AGAIN EVERY TIME!
Actually my favorite Miracle of Sound song.
...Just Wow I swear by the god's nof old and new that this is one of your best songs period!
"You notice a notification in the corner of your screen, with a start- you realise that this particular notification Involves the Miracle Of Sound.
Not only that, it involves Divinity!.
You race to click the notification, faster than you have ever clicked one before, your hand a moves as a blur across your desk, as excitement wells up within you- and then...
Bliss!."
I read this with the narrators voice in my head. Well done!
Gave, you made me cry with this song. I played the game and it easily beated every RPG I played and is now the top 1 in my list. This game got such a magnificent story that I just sunk into it so deep that when Loshe was singing her song I cried. This game is just beautiful in every aspect. I wanted to play it second time but I just cannot let myself to do it because every bad decision I made I heard at the end and it was so sad :/. Thanks Gavin for such a magnificent song for such a magnificent game. You are the ARTIST of my life. And as the game did, this song too has beaten almost every your song and is at the top :) Have a nice rest of this day :)
Just...absolute brilliance of an epic song.
thank you
@miracleofsound You made me buy this game with your song, and it was one of the best purchases I've made in a while. :) Thank you so much!
Listen, I don't know your name, but it's my birthday and I listen to your songs that you create with your friends, thank you for that. Your work is deeply ingrained in my soul. You're a cool guy, and so are all your friends/colleagues.
Dude is world class talent. His ability to create magnificent music is just breathtaking.

This game means a lot to me and my group of friends and it honestly just hits home the whole feel when were playing and with this song it makes pretty damn happy. Thank you truly
Never heard of this game before. Now I want to play it anyway and I didn't even listened to end. Great song as always.
DarkWolf PL It is spectacular.
I know it’s been 3 years but play it and come back to this song, knowing the context makes an amazing song so much better
As someone who bought Original Sin 2 this weekend, this sent shivers down my spine, amazing work once more, Gavin.
My favorite part is the re-telling of the character's stories ♥
Wow, this song gives me mad feels and nostalgia. Excellent work, and I love the lyrical craft too. Miracle of sound indeed. Glad to see Larian and Karliene being extra cool too
I gave this game a standing ovation when the credits rolled. True story.
Your songs accompany on my late-night studies. You're awesome!
I've never played the game but this song is legendary!!!😊
I keep coming back to this masterpiece
This still stays your best song
This entire song is brilliant, if you know the story the lyrics are perfect but if you don’t it’s just a great song
Gavin... for the past years everytime you release a song my hairs stand up!
You Rock!
Around 3:30 I was like: “Huh seems to be a long song...”
**Sees time**
“...Oh nice I’m only halfway in”
This song transforms a mild interest in the Divinity: Original Sin 2 that has been quietly sitting inside me into an urge to try this world out and understand the beautiful vocals and visuals you have here. Gav, you are an amazing artist! Thank you for all of your work, you glorious bastard!
gav: here is a song about how "I want my RPG"
dragon age: I hear you
gav: *makes epic song about it*
witchet: hold my beer, *one ups dragon age*
gav: *makes 3 epic songs about it*
divinity: haha, you are like a little child, watch this, *ascends*
gav: (glowing red eyes) *makes a behemoth of a song*
then you have the dark souls saga......

After a few listens, I have to admit that this is one my all time favourite songs you've made. Just an amazing experience listening to this one.
Honestly this is one of the best games I've ever played. I've got over two hundred hours and counting.
This brilliant song got me into the game and I must thank you for that; the best RPG I've played in a long time.
