It’s another beautiful day and today im going to show you how to make my ultimate favorite Korean Inspired grilled bbq ribs. ✅marinade overnight!
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs short ribs( I buy them at Sam’s club)
For the marinade/bbq sauce
1 apple pear
5 small garlic cloves
1/4 cup pineapple with 4 tbsp of juice
3/4 cup regular soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
5 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp hot sesame oil ( **this makes it sweet and spicy, if you don’t want it spicy add regular)
1 tsp freshly finely chopped ginger
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 sliced onion
1 serving of love💕

‘Twas a good Korean bbq style ribs! They were very tasty and delicious! The meat was very tender but it tasted very good! 😊

I haven't had ribs for so many years. I like ribs. These of course look quite great. I know they would be great coming from you 😀. If you made it; it's good 😁. BTW, I saw your stories about the BlendJet; Mom & I have them too & we too have problems with them; like times when tried to make a milkshake of bananas, ice cream, peanut butter, & Twix Seasoning (as a sweetener), it had a hard time blending that - it's too weak. I had too work it out by putting it upsidedown, then kind of put it sideways & that would help the spin & blend the stuff, then when most of it is more blended I try putting it back rightsideup & runs like you'd think it should. We stopped using them after awhile, then my Mom just got a whole new regular blender & it's works like it should.

Wow....too much sweets.....Pineapple, apple, Asian Pear, Brown sugar, honey, and mirin......Don't need these many sweet things unless you are looking for candied beef....I know that cooking these things trims down the sweetness, but when the beef is seared, it will caramelize and concentrate the sweetness..
