Just to share what i learned from my neighbor....from honduras.... who made arracherras that were the most tender i have ever had. I marinade in citrus with seasonings and they come out tender but hers were the best. She said she uses papaya.

Language barrier. I googled and some use the whole fruit .. skin and pulp. Some just the fruit. I tried with chunks of fruit but don't marinade too long.. the meat will fall apart. The enzymes in the fruit break down the collagen. The meat was super tender as hers was.
I am making this now, just got done Marinating the meat it was sitting for about 30 minutes and while making my avocado salsa I cooked a small piece of the steak and it taste delicious, the steak is super tender. Thank you again Claudia your seriously like my bestie!!! I’m always making your recipes 🤗

I didn’t make the tacos only the salsas (verde & Roja). I can tell the salsa verde is the best I have ever tried. It was awesome. The roja was good too but oh the verde❤

this is great! i cook it a bit differently so I can have it on demand, i pressure cook the meat until tender and keep that in the refrigerator and just pan sear what i need when i need it so it's already super tender and still have that seared flavor. it's an easy meal prep.
I have seen this channel a few times, but that was years ago. I remember the recipes being good, but the presentation being a little awkward and some seemed like she hadn’t ever made them before This video is a completely different story. Wow! The production value has REALLY improved, the presentation is professional and flawless, and the recipe seems like she makes this all the damn time. Great job ! I’ll be watching more videos for sure.
I clicked on your channel because you offered a recipe for my all time favorite...Encharito of Taco Bell fame. Now I am finding that if I want Mexican as good as Texas or Southern Cal. I will have to make it my self, we moved to TN ten years ago to a small farming community with only a Taco Bell. You are an amazing help...Thank you.
These tacos remind me of my grandma she would sit in her kitchen making tacos for me and my whole family and she would spend hours perfecting them and making sure there was a variety of meats my favorite meat is probably carne asada with like jalapeños , lettuce, tamtoes, onion, sometimes radish, and always I would put salsa on 5he bottom of my tortilla and at the top

What’s an alternative for the chef merito steak seasoning? Not paying over 10.00 for a small bottle of seasoning.
😂 then replace it with any other cheap seasoning of your choice.salt,pepper, garlic powder.
Or just don't making it at all..
