Also: that is the best explanation of how to remove silverskin that I have ever seen. 99% of the time it's just "remove the silver skin" or "use a knife to remove the silverskin." Now I know: paper towels.
Great technique vid again! I’d love to see a “tour” of your preferred equipment and tools. (Maybe you can even squeeze a sponsorship outta that vid ;) )
Great video. Loved the tutorial on how to do the Louis cut. Now i know what rib tips are.😁 wow! I will season more. I don't season enough. I use apple wood. Gotta make the apple juice spray. This is new for new for me.😁 hmmmm building layers of flavor..nice..😀 ok i have all ingredients for the bbq sauce. How long can I store it? I think I'm ready for my Memorial Day cook out. Will experiment a bit tomorrow. Great tutorial. Thanks a bunch😍❤💜💚
Ribs can definitely handle a heavy coating of seasoning! The sauce should be good got a month and experiment with it. Maybe some cumin. Chipotle powder. Go crazy!
Love these vids man, you guys are great. Been watching every one, even though I don't have a grill myself haha. Would love to see what you do for pulled pork (that's my go-to BBQ)
If I could provide a tiny bit of criticism, I would strongly suggest a tripod. It's hard to focus on you as the presenter with the camera shaking around during the establishing shot/setup. Great technique tho.
Appreciate this. We have equipment galore but it’s just two people having drinks and shooting videos and keeping it fun and loose. One day when this channel makes money we’ll hire crews but for the time being it’s just me and the homie having fun in a Saturday afternoon every week
@@PourChoicesKitchen I really value creators who keep it sort of informal and 'down to earth' so to speak. So I am absolutely in agreement. Just wanted to give a tiny bit of feedback. imo your charisma as a presenter is clear as day, so good luck!
Back looking at the instructions again, b/c I accidentally added the wrong thing to my grocery order this week, and ended up with four pounds of ribs. Ah well.
You're making me really want to try making ribs and/or brisket for the first time

How can you say "St. Louis cut" without making any Nelly references???

Always a great idea to get drunk before using sharp knives lol
Trust me I’m terrified every time I’m editing the footage lol. But somehow during filming, I remember how to work it
@@PourChoicesKitchen it might be one of those situations where you'll be worse if you didn't drink first lol
