I have been doing 15-20 minute Tai Chi and Qi Gong routines for seniors and beginners for quite some time. Those routines had become boring and easy. I went on a search and RUclips recommended you. I am so glad! So far, I have done three of your routines and have been challenged by each one. I look forward to working my way up to doing them as they should be, especially standing on one foot and bending the knees more fully. I look forward to that. Also, I very much like your manner and method and your voice is pleasant and easy to understand. Thanks for helping this old woman to stay mobile.

Started doing Tai Chi in the morning based on a doctor's recommendation. I really like it. It helps with my joint flexibility and is a great, low impact way to get the muscles and joints warmed up in the morning.
