Dio Brando you’re fine . Look at how Elon musks thinks before he speaks . He Takes his time , that doesn’t make the conversation distant , by feeling that it does , you make it feel distant . Don’t feel that way , if that makes sense
I need help, I have ADHD and I don’t know how to think before I speak- I don’t mean like I said things bad because I care what people think of what i say but I want to actually speak things that make sense, since I have ADHD I stutter and can’t sound words right, for example “literally, specific, obviously, water, etc”

It's surprising how many people don't think before they speak, it's an important skill.
I just don't know how to do it, like when I try to it takes a long time, and it makes the conversation so distant.
