This is the first time I have seen this video version of the live performance. It makes TOTAL sense that they had to play the record for the multiple voice part. When it was recorded, the band did so many overdubs in the studio it is impossible to duplicate it live with only 4 voices live. I LOVE QUEEN!

Hi . This is Krista from Connecticut. I also loved your reaction to “Bohemian Rhapsody”. Freddie Mercury fans are still saddened by his untimely death. It was so uplifting when you loved his song so much. He was probably looking down on you and I feel he would be delighted with your strong feelings about his all time masterpiece of a song. Thankyou again from the bottom of my heart. I loved your comment, “Music has no color”. You are doing more for the world than any politicians. Keep going!
Do yourself an immense favour and listen to the original recording and watch the original video. Freddie's voice in that is so much stronger and the whole peice is done to perfection. You think you liked this - just wait my friend, just wait. It will make you cry for real!
Pretty sure freddie sounds stronger in 1981, particularly this performance compared to the original. Because he in the 80s he wanted a more macho sound, he would often over sing some songs. This performance is the best live version of the song, there is no flaws in this performance.
You twins give me hope in humanity❤ ..meaning that todays youth appreciating what we all grew up and loving it and passing it on to more and more people their age tells me great music will never be 4gotten or die! You guys are banging so ty! Totally subscribed❤❤

You will never find a bad Queen song because all their songs are so beautiful. I have found all their songs live. All I could. And I was going crazy ..
I love when you said..."wow, that's a lot of people". My reaction was to say out loud.."every f***ing time they played, evrytime". I'm so excited that you love this song. A true Rock Anthem!!!
Who’d have guessed Queen would be timeless. In a radio world confined to three- to four-minute songs, hearing this on the radio is testament to their brilliance.
I love that y'all (I'm from Texas) are so open minded about music & recognize talent in any genre. I was lucky enough to see Queen in concert and to this day it is the best concert I have ever experienced. Love y'all and miss Freddie. He was a talent without equal.
I was at a San Jose Sharks game, during intermission they played this. The several 1000 people still sitting ALL started singing!! Of ALL ages! Then they cut off to do a video, and the crowd booed!!!! LOL.
This is one of the songs that every time I hear it, it feels like the first time. I get so excited and ready to hear every notes. Freddie Mercury was extremely talented. RIP Freddie
Let's not let real instruments die. Recording this back in the day was a lot of work, technique and dedication. Revolutionary and timeless. Thank you Queen, thank you Freddy!!! Larger than life. Listening song on the radio after four weeks and you want it to end it and you forget about. Three generations of queen and you can't never get enough.
Loved your reaction! I too love the live version, Freddies voice is so amazing! Would love to see your reaction to One Vision at Wembley 1986. Its the opening song and the energy and anticipation of the crowd is amazing and then Queen enters and DELIVERS! But of course you need to react to the Queen set at Live Aid 1985 before you do anything else! Its a must!
This was wonderful. And only goes to show you exactly WHAT the word 'classic' means. This young man is as 'knocked flat' by hearing this - as we were, wayyy back when. RIP Freddie.
This is the greatest song ever written in the history of the world. Change my mind....you can’t. This song is so unique and off the wall nothing can be written that would compare.
I'm sorry to disappoint maybe 99% of this world but i can't stand this song, i think it's terrible, i always hated Mercury's voice and this song just makes me feel like I'm sitting quiet and peacefully and then some ugly moron with a mustache enters hitting a pan with a spoon and screaming out loud disturbing my moment of quietness. I consider him super overrated like the Beatles, oops, i just hurt some feelings here. But that's my opinion, no offense to whoever likes it. I just consider this being really bad...
the world is yours - nas This is a great song for a less wordy genre like rock and opera, and a great song in general. Rap’s greatest songs are more wordy and therefore have a greater chance of being more well-written.
Could you imagine getting to hear Freddie's voice for the first time again? 😭 Magic.

You can't play this song around English people without them going full Waynes World.
🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧💙💙💙👏👏👏 absolutely 100% true.
I'm not English and I go full Waynes World lol You can't help it!
Idc where i am or what I'm doing. I go full waynes world when this song comes on
I have extreme performance anxiety and a shite singing voice but you best believe I will SCREAM those lyrics.
America and England shall never quarrel again so long as that is true
If that song and performance doesn’t give a person goosebumps, they’re broken.
All of the above & even a teardrop or 2..(.I have a son).
Exactly!! I loved that man💜
Yep
Love it ❤️
Yess!!! I get chills every time I hear this song! I get so emotional too and idk why. This song is just an absolute classic!
Try Under Pressure, you’ll get the gift of both Freddie and David Bowie.
YESSS 💗
Yes! And if you don't at least TRY to hit that high note, you aren't a true fan 😂
Yesss!
This 🤞🤞
Yes!!
I’m 53 years old and I love y’all. You’re hysterical in a HEALING WAY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
To watch someone discover this for the first time is so great.
freddie sure made us all cry in the end there's just is nothing like him if we only knew what a legend he was😥😪your so missed man
The fact that this is the combined voices of only 4 men recorded over 100 times to have a choir effect is mind blowing
Hardcore Queen fans probably know this but I didnt! Thanks for sharing, mindblowing indeed!
The harmonies and choral effects are all actually Freddie. THAT’S incredible.
So cool. You should listen to this acapella group, Pentatonix, that does Bohemian Rhapsody. They're only 5 people and sound just as full.
Seriously? 😲 Incredible!!! Absolutely 💯 Incredible 🤩
@@aishamurrell193 pentatonix is truly amazing.
The world lost SO MUCH when Freddie passed. He was an ICON, a TREASURE, and a MUSICAL TREASURE.
What a voice Freddie had!! Such an awesome song! This 60-ish lady loves seeing your reaction!
You imagine that Freddie performed that number night after night? All that power and energy. He must have been almost superhuman.
And he continued to put that kind of energy into his performances well after he was very sick and no one knew. He was a force of nature. 🥰
AND was just as good live, if not better, than the studio version 👍✌️🎼🎹🎶
I so very much appreciate you doing this. Through you, I feel like I'm listening to all of this music for the first time. It incredible. THANK YOU!
Agreed!!!!
This comment here!
absolutely...with all the joy. Love when he hits his chest when there's a note that's almost painfully good.
This performance breaks my heart every time...what a legend. He was dying and he went out there and stole the show!!!
I cry literally every time I watch him sing
Kanadian Kandy me too! Such a loss...
Agreed
Ya and watch some 1974 Live at the Rainbow
Listening to this song is what I imagine going to church is like for others, every time - you said it yourself, best song. Ever. Period.
You twins give me hope in humanity❤ ..meaning that todays youth appreciating what we all grew up and loving it and passing it on to more and more people their age tells me great music will never be 4gotten or die! You guys are banging so ty! Totally subscribed❤❤
The compression in his voice when he sings softly is amazing.
Edmund S I said the same thing after seeing this. His passion omg. He was born to sing. Always loved Queen.
This is one of the greatest songs ever!!! I’m watching this vid at 2:30am and I had to sit up in bed in the dark to sing with Sir Freddy Mercury ❤️
YES!!!!!
The more Queen - the better, trust me
I trust..
No way, you are russian
True that! The doc prescribes more Queen!
A Man remember three days in their life, his wedding, the day his first child was born, the the day the first time he listened to Bohemian Rhapsody. At least this happened to me.
@andromeda corkas Got a problem with where he's from? What's wrong with his sexuality? What's fake about going to where the music industry is? What's fake about having a stage name like many other musicians? What does your reply have to do with this comment? He's more real than you'll ever be.
I was born the year Freddie died. Been 30 years since Queen entered my world and Freddie still makes me cry.
“Make me wanna sing”.
No truer words.
Freddie had one of the most incredible best voices ever. 💫
try listening to “Somebody to Love” by Queen ... the vocals ❤️❤️❤️
Did you know the lead guitarist, Brian May has a Phd in Astro Physics!
Wow
I do now thanks
And he built his guitar!!
Wow. I mean mays guitar skills are way off the chains, and people are intelligent that play instruments, but damn! A PhD!!!
UNDERRATED GUITARIST!!!! the solo in this song is EPIC
Welcome to the world of Queen! You will never find a bad Queen song. Best served up live if you can find it.
You will never find a bad Queen song because all their songs are so beautiful. I have found all their songs live. All I could. And I was going crazy ..
Such an incredible voice, no one like him - Queen is not the same!
I love when you said..."wow, that's a lot of people". My reaction was to say out loud.."every f***ing time they played, evrytime". I'm so excited that you love this song. A true Rock Anthem!!!
I grew up with this song. Listening to it along with this young person made me cry out of love and appreciation.
Freddie had an amazing voice. Such a shame we lost him too soon.
Its soo wonderful to see young people opening their minds to a legend or GOAT.
Who’d have guessed Queen would be timeless. In a radio world confined to three- to four-minute songs, hearing this on the radio is testament to their brilliance.
At 70 you guys ....feel the Music as I still do ....ALL music ..love your you tube🎶🎶🎶😊
If I'm not mistaken, this song has more tempo changes than any other song. Such great talent. Loved the reaction....
Tempo changes, genre changes, humor, pathos, pretty much everything!
From the UK i was very lucky to see them four times and was at there last concert Knebworth
So lucky 😍 my mum loved Queen so I grew up listening to Freddie but he died when I was around 5 ears old ☹
I will always feel jalous for anyone who got the chance to see Eddie LIVE
I love that y'all (I'm from Texas) are so open minded about music & recognize talent in any genre. I was lucky enough to see Queen in concert and to this day it is the best concert I have ever experienced. Love y'all and miss Freddie. He was a talent without equal.
Just absolute Gold. Honestly believe he's the best singer of all time. Rest in Peace Freddie ❤️
♡♡♡♡♡
Truly miss his genius in a profound way.
And Whitney Houston
I was at a San Jose Sharks game, during intermission they played this. The several 1000 people still sitting ALL started singing!! Of ALL ages! Then they cut off to do a video, and the crowd booed!!!! LOL.
It should be compulsory everywhere.
Even when aids ravishing his body he didn't miss a beat
"ravage"
(bc big difference)
By that point they were not touring.
It was not aids yet. Hiv.
@@Shedding he had AIDS at this point. It was difficult for him to practice with the band to prepare for this performance at Live Aid.
He hadnt even been diagnosed by the time live aid came about. The movie is fiction for that part.
RIP Freddie. He was amazing. I want them to do Under Pressure, just saw its coming up. Love that song
Great reaction. He died too early, but the world learned from his experience.
i don't think so
Such a waste of life, just tragic.
Just saw TwinsthenewTrend watching Dolly Parton's "Jolene" and I LOVE you guys!!!
I remember first hearing this song on the radio driving my car, and I was so blown away I had to pull over.
Its a must!
Queen “somebody to love”
He did a reaction to Somebody to Love
YASSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!
My faaaaaaave 💜
I just consider this being really bad...
the world is yours - nas
This is a great song for a less wordy genre like rock and opera, and a great song in general. Rap’s greatest songs are more wordy and therefore have a greater chance of being more well-written.
George Michael: Praying for Time
you are welcome 👍🏼
I don't disagree but Freddy could sing the alphabet song and it would sound like the greatest song ever written.
taunusv4power I’m glad you recognize what a disappointment you are.
