    I own the ZV-E10 MK1 and the a6700, and I’ve got to tell you, I used to love the ZV-E10, but when I got my hands on the a6700, I just loved it. If you have the money, it is totally worth it to buy the a6700. However, if you are a beginner, I think the ZV-E10 is a fantastic camera to start with.

    I think a ZV-E10 II is a heavily crippled camera which suitable only for begginer vloggers who are swithching from the smartphone to a real camera. Yes, you have here many features beyond the smartphones, but definitedly if you want to take good photos in many situations, the lack of EVF, the lack of IBIS and also ergonomics and dials,etc. really worth the additional 400 bucks for buying the a6700

    • @baotranphotography
      @baotranphotography 3 месяца назад +13

      these two cameras aren't the same. The ZVE10ii is made for vlog, that's why it doesn't have an EVF. The A6700 is more about a hybrid. Two completely different cameras.

    • @qq_02

      My problem is that what you said holds true for the Mark I. The Mark II doesn't give enough upgrades to justify the added price.

    • @מיכאלקונטרוביץ
      @מיכאלקונטרוביץ 3 месяца назад +2

      I think that the mark ii is crippled just as mark i if we compare the current technology. Also for vloggers, the overheating problem in hot temperature environments is crucial, so the solution is the fx30 with a built-in fan. Also, if you are a vlogger that takes photos once a while, it's a very problematic camera

    Many bloggers seem to defend Sony products, even when they have flaws. I suspect Sony pays bloggers a lot. The ZV-E10 II camera is too expensive. It lacks in-body stabilization. The good stabilization only works with Sony lenses, which are pricey. This makes the ZV-E10 II not a budget-friendly option anymore

      @@al3omda92 Active stabilization works also with 3rd party lenses (I own the Sigma trio). But it comes with a huge 1,5x crop. For me the major flaw of the ZV-E10 is the lack of Ibis and the poor battery life + no EVF (which would come handy in sunny days). Today Sony releases the ZV-E10 2nd gen at EUR 1000 here in Europe and still no Ibis. That's priced way too high compared to the ZV-E10 1st gen. My next camera will be the alpha 6700, without doubt.

    I just do RUclips vids and make virtually no money doing it. So being a hobby video creator, the ZVE10 II was my upgrade plan. When it came out at $1000+ USD, I decided to buy either an a6400 or ZVE10 -- prices are a little wonky here in Phillipines, so just depends on which one is the best deal. Even 2nd-hand is OK. Good show as always ... Cheers

    The lack of IBIS, EVF, physical shutter and AI chip on the ZV-E10II are pretty big omissions, but it's also worth considering the weight because the A6700 weighs pretty much the same as the full frame A7C range.

    Sony made a bad business decision. It should abolish one-inch CMOS cameras such as the ZV1, and design APSC CMOS on a body as small as the ZV1 that cannot change the lens. Then it will not require IBIS, but provide an ultra-wide-angle fixed-focus lens with an equivalent focal length of 18mm, and then Use powerful electronic anti-shock to crop the picture, and finally obtain an equivalent focal length of 20mm. This will be the best Vlogcam ever, because its APSC Cmos beats the DJI P3 and can achieve ultra-stable pictures. Then use the 40 million pixels Fujifilm Cmos to implement Power Zoom in the form of digital zoom.
