How to mine Silver and Copper instantly in Valheim

This is a demonstration of using the Trollstav from Ashlands to instantly mine copper and silver nodes in Valheim. While it requires some endgame gear this is my favorite way to mine now. Unfortunately I have not been able to get this to work on the flametal in Ashlands.

Big ups! Did not think about this before. I did feel like there should be a better way for me (being late game) than to just mine copper in the black forest.
In the mountains, you can also find frost caves. If you destroy the doors, they may drop iron bars. You need exactly two iron bars for a stone cutter, which you need for the stone portal. Meaning you can very easily get all the silver home without any sailing!

That is a nice trick I'll have to use sometime. Mistlands did add some alternative methods for mining copper and iron but they seem kind of slow. The trollstav will definitely speed things up!

POV next patch update : changed the damage the summoned troll does to all ore in the game while spawing

This is one biome away from the last collecting resources in the second and fourth biomes. If they nerf it it's major unfun.

@@ZarHakkar Yeah they also work for collecting black metal since they can take out the whole village. I've tried it on flametal but it hasn't seemed to work. I wonder if you could take out a whole skull of soft tissue with one summon.

This strat still works as of the time of this post and it doesn't look like they're patching it (it's not on the current public test).
