  • I did a tour recently of the Hantug facility in Ankara, which was unbelievably cool! They put together this video of me operating a CNC machine for the first time, their Haas VF-2 TRT160, to make some titanium tremolo saddles. I wonder who will wind up with these on their guitar!
These are my locking tremolos of choice, and I am slowly putting them on all of my Jackson and Charvel guitars. Truly boutique quality guitar hardware made in small production batches by a handful of great human beings.
Check out their website and their eBay store below:

For a minute here I thought Brandon just somehow got a CNC machine and started making his own pieces like its nothing. This is cool I love milled metal stuff.

A metal guy working on metal with metal music is like the brutal version of those bluesy bluegrass guys doing woodworking and I’m here for it

    O.o those bridges are $999

Yeah and about half of that for a stainless steel one but even at $550 for the SS version it is out of my budget.
I will just keep using the Gotoh1996t. Never had a single issue with these in over 15 years now.

Metal :) Looking forward to some actual off-the-self Brandon Ellis FR parts....Would be interesting! If reasonably priced, Im buying!

The bridge is itself is $999 so the chances of the parts being "reasonably" priced is very doubtful. 😁

I have a tungsten block from Hantug, also a prototype tremolo arm that has a 2 inch tungsten tip to create more flutter! Works great
