    WRITTEN RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
    Ingredients
2 liter Non-pasteurized Milk (kacha doodh) 4 tbsp
    Vinegar (sirka)
    Ice Cubes
    Directions
Take 2 liters of non-pasteurized (not boiled) milk.
Pro-Tip: Remember to take the milk that is not pasteurized and is not already boiled. This means the packaged milk can NOT be used.
Warm the milk on low flame and stir continuously/ You have to be careful about the temperature of the milk. Check it continuously and as soon you feel that the milk is too hot to put your finger in it, turn off the heat. (Be careful not to over heat it)
Now at this point, you have to add 4 tbsp of Vinegar in it and continuously stir while adding vinegar. This is a slow process and will take some time so be patients. You will see that slowly curds are forming in the milk. Depending on the type of milk, you will can 1 tbsp more of vinegar in it.
Continuously and slowly gather all the curds into a ball. Take it out and remove the excess water from it. Now the cheese has to be put in hot water. You can use the excess water from the cheese for this as well. Microwave the water till its hot. Put the water in a bowl and put the ball of cheese in this water and keep on mixing it. You have to keep the cheese in this water for 5-6 mins. After that use your hands to squeeze out all the extra water from the cheese. Now put it back in the water, take it out and again remove the extra water from it by squeezing it with your hands. You will repeat this process 2-3 times.
Now we will soak the cheese ball in ice-col water for 1-2 mins.
Pro-tip: You can use tap water and put ice cubes in it. It should be very cold.
Take the cheese ball out, take out the excess water, dip it in again and repeat the process 2-3 times. Finally squeeze all excess water out of it and our homemade Mozzarella Cheese is ready to be used.
Pro-tip: Wrap the cheese in plastic foil and freeze it. It is easy to grate frozen cheese.

Guys, I followed everything she said and it came out really well. The thing to note is don't boil the milk just warm it and also when you rinse the cheese in lukewarm water make sure it's not hot and do it ONLY 3 or4 time. Then the result will be amazing. Thanks for this recipe!

When you followed everything but it didn't work 😩 Mine end up to be a cream cheese. Because if you keep on stirring the
milk, the curdle breaks down so it won't form into solid. So better after you put the vinegar stir it and leave it alone. At least I learned to make cream cheese. 😊

    • @christinepizzi6197
